Our experience is based upon a $25K spend and an attempt to purchase more. Attempt is a funny word to use however it describes the entire surreal experience. Terrible project management left us with a delay on our refrigerator which resulted in us having to buy an extra after ours experienced several delays. They also refused to deliver another wine refrigerator until our larger one was ready. Come to find out today, they had loaners? Nothing like that was offered to us. Maybe $25,000 wasn’t enough spend? So we go back today to try one most time to purchase a barbecue island set up. We did get waited on, however we were super discouraged by the lack of enthusiasm the salesperson had for our questions around our budget. Again $4000 for the grill itself wasn’t interesting enough. Mind you, after everything we needed this was about a $10k sale…yawn…it was a classic you aren’t really buying I am board with you look. And we were buying, just never again from Pirch. We both looked at each other and just shook our heads. That was enough to tell us that we will not be back. Plenty of other high end places that will be more than willing to treat you decently. It was really disheartening to be treated so indifferently. The only reason Pirch received three stars is that our refrigerators finally arrived and were delivered by two great guys. We really liked them and are very happy with our pieces. Bottom line, go somewhere else, do not let indifference be rewarded.

While the wares are reasonably priced this is one of the most incompetent business I have ever had the misfortune of doing business. I remodeled two bathrooms and allowed 90 days to acquire parts for the project...Not only did they not deliver when they said but they screwed up the order three times by not checking and ensuring all the parts were ordered. It has now been six months and I am still waiting for the final parts to be delivered.
In all my years in the business (interior design) this has been one of the absolute worst companies I have ever worked with. Their reps are slow, and have little to no follow through. I have been through about 3 of them now. One of my more recent reps no longer works there, and yet no one told me, so as I continued to email them inquiring about the status of my order (which I was promised my rep would stay on top of).. I never received even an automated email saying they were no longer with the company. I only found out when I finally called the showroom to try to find them, and was informed that they were gone. At that time I was told that someone new would get back to me about my order ASAP.... then I rcvd no calls/ emails for a week.... then suddenly I got an email and a text both confirming my delivery for Friday 8/28 (yay!). I called friday morning to see what time my delivery would be, however I was then informed that none of that was actually true, they dont even have my item yet! It will be another 4 weeks. My order remains MIA, and while I understand that many manufacturers are backed up due to covid.... this complete lack of follow through, and failed communication on the part of Pirch is truly unacceptable. So, while I continue to wait another month for my vanity, I will also be searching for a new kitchen and bath showroom.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They sold and installed a faulty range hood and Im now working on two years and I am going to have to sue them for damages for an Imperial Hood that never sucked enough air to vent the rooms. DONT USE THEM...Im going back to Pacific Sales. They dont stand behind anything they do or anything they sell.
Same feedback as lots of others. We outifitted our entire home with appliances from PIRCH. With such a beautiful show room & high end brands we thought we would be getting top notch service. So many issues from the beginning and the sad part is the customer service. Our current washer has been broken for over a week and we are yet to talk to a live person or get an appliance repair set up. Our appliances are less than 3 years old, we paid extra to have PIRCH do the installation but they gave showed zero gratitude or appreciation for our business. I would encourage others to research what they want but there is really no benefit buying appliances from PIRCH. Sad bc they have the ability to set the stand for the industry but we found no benefit at all from using PIRCH
We are very pleased with our experience at Pirch. Brian and Mark are very professional and helped us quickly secure the refrigerator we wanted. Delivery was prompt and the removal of the old refrigerator was smooth. The set up was very good. We got an explanation of all of its features, which we are very happy with. Thank you, Pirch for such a good experience.
Not the biggest selection. They dont have anyone available to do the installs & they had never heard of a stand-alone bathtub with fixtures attached directly (i.e. Kohler Stargaze or similar) to the tub so they couldnt help me find a hose.But the layout of the store is nice & clean.
First Class Customer Service! Wonderful product knowledge. We loved going to Pirch and working with Annette on a very large purchase order for a whole home remodel. She treated incredibly well and was unbelievably patient with us throughout the process. We changed our minds a lot and called and text her probably too often and sometimes too late but she was always happy to help. Everyone in the store is equally kind and gracious.
We recently went through a major kitchen remodel and purchased our appliances at Pirch at the recommendation of our designer. We were not disappointed. Brandon, our sales consultant, was wonderful. He clearly explained the available options and answered all of our questions. He was professional, kind and knowledgeable and made the process seamless. All that and the prices are competitive. We could not be happier with our new range, dishwasher and microwave. They are functional and add to the beauty of our kitchen. When we need a refrigerator, we will be going back to Pirch because of their outstanding customer service and competitive prices.
Alyson was very helpful in recommended the appliances to fit my needs and my budget. I had an issue with the built in oven dimensions fitting into my space and she sent me options within the hour to help me through the process. The installation went very well and I love my new appliances.

Very high end kitchen, bath, and patio design store. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff can assist you with your remodel and new construction needs.Not for everyone on terms of price, but if you want quality and creativity in your home, Pirch is hard to beat.Besides, they will give you an espresso along with your faucets!
We ordered an undercounter wine cooler from Pirch. They showed up with the unit and informed me they did not install, only deliver to the garage. This was NEVER communicated to us. Had not been impressed with their service before and will Not use them again.
Extremely disappointed in our Pirch Salesperson Eric. We spent over $11,000 in product for bathroom remodels. Took his advice on almost all product. The toilet sold to us was not the right height. We specifically asked for standard and he said it was. No...it is universal not standard and already installed by contractor. Eric claims universal is standard...not true. He failed to mention that the seat cover concealed the conversion hole to a bidet. So, to our misfortune we cant even change out the seat cover to lower the height. We will have to replace and the best he will do is an at cost...Well how about a reimbursement of at least at cost on the product you mislead us on? Also Delivery people would not bring 300 lb tub into bathroom...not disclosed to us before delivery. We are still unpacking and installing other products and fingers crossed will not run into any other issues. Will not return, will not recommend.
BEWARE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. We were definitely sold on the showroom and the friendly customer service. We paid over $14,000 to have new Bosch appliances installed in March/April 2017. We paid the extra money at the time because Pirch has its own service group and will service for another two years past the original warranty. Plus, we would not have to deal with the Bosch service team and could rely on Pirch employees. This past month we had our first experience with the service team. My wife had to call 4 times over the course of a week and a half, left messages and received no call back. Once she finally got ahold of somebody she was told that she would research some things and call her back within 24 hours. Four days later she heard nothing and had to call back. We were then told that Pirch no longer has a service group and they would need to have a Bosch rep service us. This is definitely not what we were sold, and definitely not told this change had taken place. Unfortunately the issue with our stove could not be serviced. We asked for a copy of the warranty and manual so that we could confirm. We are now 3 weeks later and have not heard anything back. Overall, an incredibly lousy experience with Pirch service. I have recommended several people to use Pirch, but after my run in with their Service group I will make it a point to warn rather than recommend.
We love this store! When it was time to remodel our bathrooms, we ordered the most beautiful faucets, mirrored bathroom cabinets and sinks from Pirch. The selection and service is fabulous, and we love the complimentary coffee bar. We also bought colored rock soap there for Christmas and birthdays. If you are looking for something very special for your kitchen, bathroom, patio, this is the place to go.They have a selection you will see nowhere else.

Lots of high end appliances and fixtures for your home. We like going in to browse and get ideas for remodeling. I almost always get a cappuccino while were there. Why not? Its free!
Horrible customer service. High end appliances, attractive Showroom, even coffee at the entrance, but that is where the service ends. Expected reasonable service from this store, but when we purchased, among other appliances, a Frigidaire professional series refrigerator, we began having issues with the appliance almost immediately. We purchased the Pirch total care warranty for nearly 25% of the cost of the appliance with the expectation of worry free ownership for the next 5 years. Over the past year we have had 5 service calls, the last 3 took almost a week each time to get a service technician out to service. Now getting them to follow up on our calls is a challenge. They say that they recently switched to a 3rd party vendor that handles their warranties, and they are having problems with the vendor, meanwhile we have a leaking refrigerator damaging our laminate flooring with no end in site unfortunately. Each time my wife or I call, we get a different manager... Terrible! There are many better stores with better prices and service to choose from.
This is one of the worlds most beautiful stores. I have visited with my wife just to look around. This time I ordered a new Wolf grill and accessory drawer. It arrived in a timely manner, but the drawer was defective. I called the person who had scheduled the delivery. No return phone call. I called again the next day. No return phone call. Then I called the general number to talk to anyone who can help, and was told my salesperson was in training all week, with apparently no arrangement for covering their role while they were in training. When I emphasized that I had a problem that was time sensitive, I was given to another salesperson who took the information, received the photos I sent. 2 days went by. No call. I finally called back, and was told the replacement was on order, and I would receive a call when it arrived there. You get the picture. Still a beautiful store, but I would have to think twice about buying anything from them again.*****Addendum... after a few weeks I received a phone call from the store manager, who apologized for the handling of the problem, which I appreciated. Ironically,during that time one of the burners on the grill failed. They were able to get it repaired speedily, and followed up to make sure it was working again. Thanks!

Pirch has a really great showroom that has high end appliances in operation. The shower head showroom is really great with working showers. They even use the appliances to cook food for you at times. I had a tasty breakfast burrito there once. Im remodeling my kitchen and bought a hood, sink, faucet and wine fridge at Pirch. The shipment arrived at the scheduled time. Someone had to be at the house to receive the shipment (which is a PITA for me because I work all day). One of the items was shipped incorrectly, and they were kind enough to make an exception and ship the replacement on Saturday when I was home. I may have found a little better prices if I shopped around, but I think their prices are fair considering you can see what youre buying. Its an excellent place to shop if youre looking for a high end stove from Italy, or really nice outdoor cooking gear.
This is a hidden gem in this weird Not-South-Coast shopping area. Its filled with very high quality bathroom fixtures and ovens, and includes a full complimentary coffee bar with some really tasty coffee.

The Best sales staff and the best pricing
Hello I entered Pirch back in December 2018 and during this time i was greeted by a Rene Sweeney who appeared to be extremely responsive to my $50-60,000. purchase i made at that time. However, after I experienced some construction delays I push back taking delivery of my Wolf and Sub Zero Appliances, I notice when calling Rene she would direct me to their Project Managers and showed no interest in being of assistance, so I started dealing with Pirch Project Coordinator and Project Manager assigned to my account at first glance lead me to believe such a professional organization as I later discovered how this company is so poorly run and operated from the Top Down. Their Project Manager sent out a onsite installer to confirm all the kitchen build out were correct. I was told all was fine except for a electrical and the hood correction, which I did. At no point did Pirch send someone out to confirm the new kitchen corrections were completed correctly. So I had Pirch finally come to deliver and their installer tells me he cant install due to mistakes in the build out which according to the Pirch Installer it called for a Flat Panel installation. I went back to Rene she directed me to the Store director Giles and explained to him that i had never requested for a Flat Panel installation and did not understand why the installer stated there would be one on the order. Long story short Giles offers me a $500.00 rebate and 6 Complementary cooking classes assures me they will deliver ASAP. This was nearly over a week ago and I have sent countless emails to their project coordinator and 3-4 Text message to the Store Director Giles and general get a response back from Giles if lucky 12-24 hours later and what does he do to defend their Company POINTS OUT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE IF YOU CANCEL YOUR ORDER. Pirch is a company I would stay clear from as they struggle with customer service and struggle with coordination between their Sales People, Store Director and their Installation Dept. I have been forced to dispute my charges with AMEX and went out to another Wolf/Subzero Dealer to make my purchase. Which have me scheduled to deliver in 2 business days. In the mean time i am still waiting for Giles or someone at Pirch to respond to my text messages and emails.

So, Pirch sales staff is friendly and accomodating but service support group and staff is waaay sub-standard. They sell quality product but even that is doubtful since my latest experience.I bought an Electrolux washer 2 years ago with Pirchs Piece of Mind extended warranty. Well, it seems they over torqued the screws on the door latch and it has now fallen off the latch assembly.The worst part is the support center. Frankly non-existent. I called and chose to keep my place in queo and get a call back once a representative was available. What a joke!It has now been 5 days and still NO CALL!I called the sales rep who transacted the sale and was told it can take up to 24 hrs to get a call back. Well that time came and went. He said hed pass along my info to the service center but its unheard of, in my experience, that it would take longer than 24 hrs to get ANY kind of response. Im disappointed with Pirch support center. I have laundry that needs to be washed and having to go to a public laundromat is very inconvenient. You would think that as expensive as their products are that the quality of their support center would be equally as good.I do not recommend to purchase at Pirch just for this reason. Go to the showroom only to review product, then buy it somewhere else where service center is of higher quality.

Amazing selection. Uninspired, uninterested, unfriendly, and unhelpful service. My wife and I came in for help finding a sink for our bathroom remodel. The Lifestyle Experiences Advisor was obviously annoyed at having to help us with something as pedestrian as the $3700 sink he was recommending. We were considering using Pirch to design our shower and two other bathrooms. Now well never step foot in Pirch again.

Thank you Pirch! We purchased 2 sinks, 2 faucets, a shower head and jets. The jets didnt work in the shower, so Pirch worked with me to find a replacement. They were helpful in processing the return.The staff is friendly and professional. When we get ready to remodel the second bath, Ill head back to Pirch.

Terrible service- mistakes were made on every aspect of our $60,000 order including getting the installation date wrong by 3 months, delivering the wrong product, installing the stove incorrectly so we had a gas leak, and the list goes on!!! Go to Pacific Sales!!!
