Have used them since I purchased my used 2010 Full Size Range Rover. Not only has the service been top notch but hes given me a lot more confidence in the reliability of my vehicle. I think part of the reason Land Rovers get a bad rap for maintenance is that a lot of people dont know how to work on them. It make a difference to go to somebody who specializes in them and knows them well. Marc and his team are those guys.

My warning light for “brake pads worn” came on and based on the reviews I saw online, I chose EuroWest Rovers for an online price quote for brake pads replacement. Marc got back to me same day with a quote. I was going to start a 5-day work week (lots of local roads, stop and go traffic) and really wanted the brakes done ASAP. He was able to fit my car in for a same day appointment and had it finished, washed and ready for pick by closing time. Thank you!PS I was also having one rear tire that I thought had a nail or something embedded in it (it kept losing tire pressure over a 2-3 week period). He checked for nails (and saw none!), found a loose sensor (and tightened it), and rotated my tires! Thank you for taking the extra time to check when I know you guys must be so busy and I was a same day last minute appointment!

Ive never worked with these guys before but I gave them a shot for a pre purchase inspection of a 2012 full size supercharged. Bottom line...Mark and the folks Euro West Rovers saved me big bucks by finding a bunch of items that would have posed serious issues for me if I had purchased that 2012. I found Euro West Rovers when our Range Rover went into limp mode a thousand miles away from home. Marc was courteous when I called and gave me an appointment the following morning. He explained to us what the on-board computers were reporting and they sourced the part and had it fixed for us the same day early afternoon. Had water in my dashboard, swishing around for years. Worse upon washing or during rain(s). Diagnosed by many-many dealerships, RR specialist and just about anywhere who would be willing to diagnose...no clue! IT wasnt drain lines, heat exchange, etc... Emailed these guys based on reviews and they responded quickly with a quote. I would tell you their secret, but they deserve the business. Up front and DO KNOW how to repair these vehicles. Added bonus: lowest invoice paid for this RR HSE since purchased in 2004!
