I have purchased a total of 5 beds from Kelly at the Costa Mesa Branch and my nephew has also purchased from this location. Kelly has consistently provided the absolute best service hands down. These beds are an investment in your health so I am willing to pay for that, and you should also. All of the beds are 100% quality made and absolutely excellent for comfort. Also, i love the fact that i order a bed and it shows up in an average sized box and then turns into a monster of a bed. Pure wizardry, or is that science?

We had been to a big mattress store earlier in the day and felt like we were dealing with a used car salesman! So we decided to try Nest at SOCO. Our experience at Nest was exceptional! Kelly, the sales attendant was kind and informative without being pushy. She answered all of our questions and never once tried to pressure a sale. The store itself is so comfortable and inviting, I didnt want tp leave. We loved their product and Kelly helped us find a mattress for our needs and in our budget. We are incredibly happy with our new mattress!

Showroom was beautiful and inviting! My husband had researched the Alexander Hybrid mattress...we tried all 3 comfort levels, chose the middle level. The entire process was seamless...we walked out of the showroom knowing that we FINALLY had a great mattress!! We were informed about the 100 night trial...as well as being able to exchange for a softer level of comfort if needed which was a relief to know that the company backed its product.

Discovered this brand on TheMattressUnderground and decided to check out the showroom. First impression is good! Went specifically for the Alexander Hybrid and the Latex Hybrid. Both beds were supportive, however, a longer test is needed. Wish they had a better trial/return policy, since they dont accept returns (youll have to donate it and show proof that you donated to get a refund, Ive read some bad experience reviews on this). Latex definitely tops any plain memory foam in my book. The individual spring coil is also nice since in combination with the latex/foam hybrid it creates a bouncy feeling rather than the sinking feeling that normal memory foam beds give. I like sleeping on top of my bed, not sinking in.

Nicole sold my daughter and I mattresses and I purchased a adjustable bed. I was going to wait and do research but she told us about the 100 days to try it out and if not happy you can return the item for an exchange or full refund. She recommended a bed that can be controlled by an app. That app is terrible. I worked for months with the manufacturer and Nicole to take care of the problem but it still exists. I found out that after I ordered the adjustable bed that I could not return the adjustable bed even when there was a problem with it. No 30 days, not even one day return policy. The app has a rating of 1.7 and many people have the same problem I am having but still they will not take the adjustable bed back.

I got the most comfortable bed here ever! And for a reasonable price! Nowhere else compares!

Very helpful, Chris answered all my questions and I walked out with a new mattress. Mostly just a showroom but they keep accessories and a couple of the more popular models in small quantities.
