Jason is a godsend! So helpful. Very sympathetic to our financial plight as students (my partner and I), and helped us maximize quality for a steal of a price by offering us a demonstration unit that was on sale. Respectful as to our budget and never pushy. Super knowledgable. Takes pride in his job, and demonstrates passion for his field in how well-informed he is, and in how adaptable he is. We got approval from a parent to extend the budget midway through our meeting, and he adapted seamlessly, and continued to respect the new parameters. So thankful. It bodes well for the establishment that Jason is the store manager. I hope this place persists far into the future so that every time I move, I can get my mattress from here!

Awesome place need a new bed

Great experience looking for a new bed. Steve helped answer all of our questions and got us a fantastic deal! I wouldnt hesitate to come back, except Im not going to need a new mattress for years! :-)

Delivered a ~$2,000 mattress in the rain which caused a stain on the bottom. Ortho takes zero ownership - terrible corporate policies and customer service. They put the blame on me stating that this never happens. Really? Delivery guys that only care about dropping it off as fast as possible and these types of issues never happen! I dont believe it! The delivery guys tracked water and mud across the floors, carpet and walls. I was cleaning it up while they unwrapped the mattress and was unable to fully inspect it before they left. Given that its a King mattress, I by myself was unable to lift for a quick inspection. 1 week later when I had help, we lifted it up and identified the water stain. ZERO STARS!!!

I bought my living room couch there. Love it. Brenda knows her stuff. Went back and got a framed mirror and rug which really completes the room. Ive shopped elsewhere and found similar stuff for a tad more money so def think the prices are fair. If you are into contemporary or modern look def check it out.

This is our second mattress from Costa Mesa Ortho store. Candee is a great asset to your company! Knowledgeable on all mattresses. We needed a specific thickness for a Murphy bed and she explained pros and cons of foam vs. cool for our unique wall bed. I appreciated how I wasnt immediately pressured when I came here- they let me browse a bit and didnt rush me as I was checking out what they had. I dont know a ton about mattresses but they had all the options Im familiar with. The manager was knowledgeable and didnt seem to be biased towards any specific mattresses. Good experience!
