Helpful staff

Expensive like most campuses, ok service from students, clean and neat, not the friendliest kids around. Never over crowded or out of supplies.

It is what it needs to be, a centrally located store on campus to get everything from snacks to test supplies to headphones and chapstick. plus textbooks of course, in the back. even when the line is longer it still moves quickly. lastly, the selection of everything but in particular the food is pretty decent

They have competitive price match against other book store as well as vs Anazon. I got my discount this way last semester but forgot about that this semester. I could have helped out the school by buying books there at Amazon price instead of from Amazon directly.

The OCC bookstore is home to a noble Statesman the manager Todd also known as super Todd a man who practices falconry, skilled with a bow staff and has wrestled Seven Lions. The staff that works there are noble and kind you can often see them riding steeds on the football field

Really easygoing place super nice and quick!

A basic all purpose store with student supplies, and text books. snacks are a bit pricy. And the merchandising is on discount with Student ID at hand.

Its a good bookstore. The sell new and used books (when available)

Terrible experience. They know students dont really have other options so they jack up their price extremely high. I tried returning a $230 book and I couldnt because they said they were not accepting returns anymore. I bought the book the day before and I still had the receipt. I will try my best to NEVER have to use the Crookstore again.

They could work on their customer service friendliness.

In and out quick, but 2 weeks in and still waiting for a book I ordered, thank god for the .pdf version.

Well stocked with stationery supplies, academic books & booklets, collegiate wear & memorabilia, and snacks and beverages.

Staff in the textbook section was not as helpful or friendly as the cashier. Cashier was fantastic!

Just a misunderstanding of return dates. I didn’t know an unopened book couldn’t be returned a week after purchased.

Ive noticed that alot of the people who work here have no personality for whatever reason...

Yes, overpriced! Even m&m is $1 more expensive than other places. A lot of other things are overpriced too!

The manager is extremely rude and the price is extremely high. Terrible experience!

The Orange Coast Bookstore is alright mostly because they dont have anyone who is in charge of a certain amount of area.

Everything is overpriced, I mean I can get a notebook at Target for $1-$3 instead of spending over $6 and up.
