Container Store is awesome. Our design consultant patiently provided us with a few options and helped us resolve our design based on our need. Purchase was easy. Delivery to my car a snap. And our installation guy was on time, efficient, and gave us a couple of options before finishing. All in all, a seamless process from start to finish.We went in store because we found the app to be a bit glitchy. That’s our only suggestion for improvement.

I have used Container Store in the past and still love my closet, so I decided to use them again for 2 more closets in my spare bedroom. My designer came up with the great idea for a His and Hers closet. She designed two closets with functionality in mind. They look wonderful and fit the spaces well! Now, all my closets are organized and being put to great use.

We have an odd sized closet with a sloping ceiling. The Elfa system is highly flexible and adaptable and fit our needs. However, this store had some difficulty with their computer system the day we went in to design/order our closet. We made some changes to the original design submitted by our designer, and apparently these changes did not register. We had to wait nearly an hour for our design blueprint to print, and unfortunately, I did not check it thoroughly enough. I didnt notice the problem until the installer was almost finished. He insisted that he followed the blueprint (which he did). Fortunately, the store took back the components that were incorrect and replaced them immediately. Unfortunately, my husband and I had to finish the install ourselves. My take away: check the printout carefully before leaving the store!

My closet design, delivery, and installation were all AMAZING! Andre, the guy who did our installation, didnt even take a break! He worked so hard, meticulously, and carefully to make our closets beautiful. It was worth every penny having him do the installation. I would definitely recommend Elfa closets.

Installer was awesome but all the boxes, wrapping etc was left for me to dispose of.

This is our 3rd project with the Container Store and we are exceptionally happy with every experience. We have done 2 closets and our garage. All done professionally, on time and has met our expectations after they have been in and used. This system (ELFA) is all useful space not taking up space with useless cabinetry yet still looks clean and pretty. I love it.
