I unfortunately purchased my vehicle at another dealership and bought an extended warranty thats only good at their location. Ed was awesome. He was great at communicating the status of my vehicle. The parts I needed were a week out but, he managed to find the parts I needed at another dealership and got the repairs done in a very timely manner. Well...all the buying process at the beginning seem to be not bad. It appeared to be quick and easy. Unfortunately it has almost been a week since we signed the contract, put a 10k down payment, and until today, (almost a week later) we havent been able to drive the vehicle from the dealership. In addition to the 10k down payment, my wife sold her car to Connell Chevrolet, which was on the last weeks of her lease. I explained this because there seems that Connell Chevrolet hasnt been able to purchase the vehicle from Toyota and thats the reason why we cannot take our(?) new vehicle from the dealership, even though we already signed the contract and gave a 10K down payment. We are not happy we this whole process. For the last 10 years we have bought Toyota cars without any problems and they treat us very well there. This is the first time that after 10 years of doing business with Toyota we have decided to do business with another dealer. We decided to give Chevrolet a shot, and for our first experience with another dealer, Chevy really fell short. Im sorry to say this, but the difference between Toyotas and Chevys customer service cannot be compared.

I can not stress enough how wonderful of an experience the employees I have had interaction with at Connel Chevrolet have made my experience. Going to dealerships has always been something I dread because of the salespeople latching on to whoever walks in and makes you feel bad about not wanting to irresponsibly buy right then and there. However, the experiences I have had at Connel is night and day, it really is! Even before I was ready to buy, I was treated with complete respect and was allowed to kind of breathe and not be hovered over. After searching for a bit for a suburban, I went to TrueCar and got a bunch of BS from other dealers about how they had a suburban just like the one I was looking for except it didnt have any of the features I was looking for. Connell Chevrolet was the exact opposite and very straight forward - they admitted they didnt have it but they could order it. They got our Suburban about a month faster than my neighbors got their Tahoe from another dealer. The entire buying process with Connell Chevrolet was very straight forward and easy. Tim gave me updates, helped me change the color weeks after we ordered it, and was great to work with and wed highly recommend Connell Chevrolet. Other than the wait for the vehicle to be manufactured, it was the fastest buying process Ive encountered.

Connell Chevrolet used to be a great dealership, but sadly this is not the case anymore. Maybe lack of good people during covid? Not sure. Have taken work vehicle in twice now and both times was a terrible experience. Bad customer support, slow to respond, told there were cars more important, asked to speak to a manager and have yet to hear back.
There was a variety of maintenance items that needed attention before driving to Colorado & back. With 115 degree temps I needed AC repaired. Required work was successfully completed. I particularly appreciated Ed Carbary efforts.
Called to schedule an appointment for something that my mechanic said they could not do, early morning times were available nearly every day of the week (excellent for my schedule!) and it was completely painless and hassle free. Could not be happier. Was told my estimated wait time and it was exactly that. Will be coming here in the future.

Rude and Obnoxious! I could hear the desk managers talking about I have no money down and no job! They laughed!!! My trade is worth something. I was upfront with the salesman and his manager when I walked in. Alfonso and Pasor where honest with me the other Desk managers made inappropriate comments that the whole showroom could hear!

While it was surprising and regrettable that my brand new 2021 Corvette needed the transmission replaced at just 765 miles, and further regrettable that it would take 2+ weeks to get a replacement, the Connell team was great. Got me a loaner and got it done a little earlier than I expected.

I had a bad experience at Connell’s this time. I always take my cars clean for service and always say no to complementary washes. Asked if they would Charge my 2017 Volt while in stand by. Service advisor said yes. After oil changed was performed I came by 2 hours later to pick up. Paid at cashier, she called for my car to be brought up, Porter replied”it’s being washed “. I said I didn’t want a wash. My wife and I waited 20 minutes in the sun and still no car. How long does it take to wash a small clean car?? I was upset by now and asked to talk to service advisor when car was brought up and to my surprise car was not even washed because normally dealers do a quick wash and cars always come back with water spots or water dripping down. And that’s why I don’t get the free washes. And of course it hadn’t even been charged. Very bad experience. Service advisor just apologized and that was that. Left upset not sure if I want to come back for service here.

When I had the spare tire carrier installed in my truck bed the hardware to stow the spare under the truck went missing. The dealer took responsibility and ordered me replacement hardware when I changed my mind and wanted the spare back where it was originally carried. Very happy with the service. Prompt response to my complaint and went above and beyond to make me happy. I highly recommend this dealership. Sales manager Mark is fantastic. Service folks were awesome.Ill be back for a rear engine mounted corvette some day.
I am 75 years old, and in my experience besides painting and moving, the last thing I ever wanted to do because the experience was not fun was to go to a car dealer to buy a car! I can tell you thought that my son and I had the most fun buying the new Chevy Silverado Truck because of our salesman David & also Pastor! No Upsale pressure...just the facts and they even gave me the keys to start their old 50 Ford car hauler.....Everyone @ Connell, including Luis the financial guy were straight up a joy to work with.The only negative was....the factory needs to send them more new cars....they have so much talent and professionalism but no new cars to sell.Thank you,Martin Kobaly

Probably the best Chevy dealership service wise Ive ever dealt with route my entire life.
I had two different prices from two different leasing managers and a third price for a car I wasnt leasing. I did not ask for different managers. One was sent to me from an internet inquiry which brought me in to lease the car then the other was done by whichever leasing manager was there to do the calculation and it was higher. Also the truck did not have the side steps which I understand they are sent without and put on at the dealership. So I completed all the paperwork and started the lease on that date and left the truck there to have the side steps put on. They told me it would be ready the next day by noon. When I called at 3:00 to check on it, they told me that they did not have the side steps and that they would have to order them! So I still dont have the truck but the lease commencement date still started on the day I was in. I feel the lease commencement date should be modified to reflect the actual date the truck is complete and ready for the consumer to pick it up.11/6/2020They were helpful in delivering my car to my home when it was ready. That saved me from having to get a ride to the dealership which was greatly appreciated. It was delivered clean and with a full tank of gas. The experience went from 3 stars to a fourth star. Thank you.
The car is a brand new 2020 C8. An administrative employee, Kristi Roberts, assisted me in coordinating the work to be done by several service/body shop areas. The service staff, specifically Service Consultant Jesse Grandados, succeeded in having the various service accomplished in a very short time. Kudos to all.

Initially had to wait awhile to see the vehicle I ended up purchasing. The sales person I was in contact with was not on the grounds. I asked another sales person if I could get the vehicle moved up to the front of the dealership and he stated that I would have to wait for the other sales person. This doesn’t seem like a good practice if you are in the business to sell vehicles. Before we left on a test drive I have the sales person my ID and a copy of my auto insurance. When we returned to the dealership the sales person said my auto insurance card was expired. It was expired by one day. He then asked if I could get an updated copy otherwise I could not drive the vehicle I ended up purchasing off the lot, California law. It was after 4:30 and my insurance agent was now closed, luckily I was able to get a hold of the corporate office and get a declaration page from them. It would have been nice to be told sooner that I would need a current insurance card if I wanted to purchase this vehicle. Everything after that went smooth and Apryl in finance was great!

I went there for an oil change, and it took 3 hours. I wasnt very happy. And they said that they would wash my truck witch they never did. So not happy with the experience
AVOID FOR CORVETTES – INCOMPETENT & DISHONEST, DESTROYED MY TRANSConnell service department replaced the radiator on my C6, and forgot to replace the trans fluid after draining it as required on the Z51. They put me back on the road with zero trans fluid, and the trans burnt out shortly thereafter.This timeline was confirmed by local transmission experts and a separate forensic examination. Service team and everyone I spoke with at Connell was totally shady and dishonest, and basically said good luck proving it.Corvette enthusiasts avoid these guys like the plague! Its the same inept and dishonest service team working on the new vehicles too.The sad part is, I was on the list to buy a new C8 from these guys, until they decided to burn me for $5k on an old transmission. I went with a Tesla and havent looked back.
Experience was good. Just wish warranty would cover 5 year 100k miles like other dealerships do. 3 years 60k miles is not enough for brand new vehicles. Stand by your product by offering better warranty coverage.Didn’t really cover how to operate all the vehicles options thoroughly. Would need a class to figure out everything on newer vehicles.Ryan Studley was great! He worked with us and got us were we needed to be on the numbers. He even stayed almost 2 hours later after closing to make our deal happen.

Brought my new Corvette in to address a couple of issues and the technician worked with the GM TAC to get the issues resolved. Warranty repair was performed within a reasonable time and my vehicle was returned to me in excellent condition. I was able to get a complimentary loaner while my car was repaired. Also, my service advisor Jesse Granados was friendly and professional, with great communication skills, which I really appreciated.

Horrible service from the entire team. I highly recommend you do not buy a car from them. They do not back your up on your car purchase. If something is wrong with it ans they can’t fix they blame GM and GM is just as bad. I bought ans 80,000 dollar a Tahoe and it has been in shop the first two months more than I have driven it. Don’t buy from them you will thank me later. They just want there money and after that you r screwed as they don’t back you up on anything wrong with the car they sold you. Don’t even buy GM they are just as bad.
