I went here to purchase a vehicle after totaling my previous car. It had been awhile since I’ve been at a dealership so I was apprehensive at first but let me tell you, this was the easiest car buying experience I’ve had BY FAR.The staff in general were very helpful but Tony in particular was fantastic. Every promise he made to me, he kept his word on and he was very kind and engaging. I really cannot emphasize enough how pleasant the overall experience was. 10/10 would buy another car from here if I had to.

I bought my car in June and the transmission just blew after being babied for 5 months. Tony also overpriced the car and sold us things we didnt need, the car was advertised as having radio and aftermarket sound system but the entire system was torn out

Worked with Tony and Nina, Called about a car and made arrangements to look at it while we were in town. Car was as advertised and appeared to be in good shape. After purchasing the vehicle as we were trying to leave the vehicle had problems with the battery and would not start. Tony immediately jumped it and took it to his mechanic who diagnosed a failing alternator. Tony took care of it and we were able to make the 600+ mile drive home without any problems. I bought a car in November last year. Nina was very nice. She let me know that they had the car. I drove a good 2 hours to get the car. Tony the manager was nice and very helpful making the process easy. Drove it home I noticed the car was making a loud humming noise and the rocker panel was coming off. I informed Tony. They said the mechanic would fix the problem. Brought the car back. They gave me a loaner car til it got fixed. Got the car back, they fixed the rocker panel, but didnt fix the humming noise. I took the car to a good friend of mine. I told him I think the wheel bearing is giving out. My friend said the car had a warranty on it. So I got it fixed closer to home. I was waiting for the plates and sticker for my car to come in since they said it would take awhile. I got pulled over. The officer said the car was coming up stolen. The officer said the dealership should have taken care of the licence plates. They knew the car was a stolen recovery, but didnt mention it to us or take the time to go to the DMV to get it taken care of. Thank you West Coast Auto.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I have always had apprehensions with used car dealerships, but my experience here couldnt have been better. I found the vehicle on the Carfax website, and decided to drive down to take a look.On arrival my first impression was good. The dealership is clean, well organized, and the staff are very welcoming. Nina (I think thats the spelling) welcomed me, walked me to the vehicle, and informed me someone had already placed a deposit, but took down my information in case that deal fell through. She let me inspect the vehicle and was very nice.Two days later Nina called me and let me know that deal fell through and since I was the next in line worked with my schedule an appointment. (I honestly didnt expect to hear back from her even if the deal fell through, so this made a huge impression. I know for a fact there was a lot of interest in the vehicle).The vehicle was in excellent condition but a little out of my budget, so I was able to sit down with Tony who was amazing. He worked with the price enough that I was able to purchase the vehicle. I left feeling very satisfied with my purchase and overall experience.If any of my friends or family are ever in need of a used vehicle this place will be my first and only recommendation.

Also, Tony and Nina were awesome and provided great customer service.

It was a good day, everything went well and I feel better I have a reliable car, and a solid warranty. Tony was easy to work with, well mannered and extremely helpful.

Really disappointed in this company. A particular car was listed on their website that I was interested in. I emailed with an employee and set up an appointment for a few days later to see the car. When I got there, the woman who set the appointment had no idea where the car was and after speaking with another employee, she said the car was on its way to the mechanic for a leak. They said the repair would take a couple of days and that they will hold the car for me. 4 days later I received a call from her that the car had so many issues they will be returning it to where they got it from. It is unsellable. I asked if they had anything else I may be interested in and she said to check the website.... No thanks!!! They should never have listed a car that had not been inspected. The place has good reviews but this is definitely something to keep in mind before trekking an HOUR to see a car. The lady was nice and the employees seemed friendly. She said they dont want to sell a bad car, which is great, but please dont list cars that arent actually checked and for sale. Complete waste of time.

Wife purchased a vehicle from here about a year ago. Nothing but problems right out the gate. We had the vehicle inspected by Fletcher Jones Audi and they came back with a list of things to be addressed. WestCoast said they would handle them. After about a week we went back to get the car as it was good to go. Had a kids McDonalds cup left in our car... really, just joyriding in a vehicle thats not yours? Started having major issues at about 2,000 miles (WestCoast didnt fix anything) and ended up the engine needed to be replaced. To say the least, replacing an engine in an Audi is not cheap. Ended up selling and taking the hit... only got to drive the car for about 3 months before garaging/selling it. Avoid this place like the plague I beg of you.

Today, I did buy exactly the vehicle I was looking for Make Model and condition, I met with Nina and Tony R. Both were very professional, made me feel very comfortable .. they were very kind and showed great deal of care towards their costumers. it was a very pleasant experience.

The employees were really nice about everything. Very helpful and informative on the things I didn’t know and all in all great place. Got a lancer and it drives great! The battery seemed to be having issues and when I called them up and told them about it they said they would handle everything at no cost! Great place, great cars. Would definitely recommend them to others.

I recently bought a Kia from West Coast Auto Group. I worked with Allen. The details of our deal were worked out primarily over the phone (sale pending my approval after a test drive). It was great, no hassle, no waiting around for hours. When I went to test drive the car, it was exactly as represented in their online advertisement. Allen had my financing lined up and paper work ready to be signed. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. I have never had such an easy car buying experience. The car was in excellent, almost new condition. The front tires were somewhat worn and Allen told me when I purchased new tires to send him a photo of my receipt and he would reimburse me for $150. Found a car we were interested in and made contact to confirm availability. Called to make an appointment for the next day. We drove 30 miles to test drive and hopefully purchase because it was a really nice car for the price. We arrived prior to our appointment time and was told the car was sold from a walk in. No call or e mail from them. We were very disappointed that we wasted time and gas to drive out there. Car salesperson claimed she tried to call us to inform us but had the wrong number when she spoke to my husband the day before.....really?

I’d like to tell you about my experience with West Coast Auto group, because I know in this day and age it’s hard to find a car dealership you can trust and believe me I’ve definitely had my losses with getting a lemon. First off West Coast has some awesome cars in there stock from SUVs to smaller type cars. All these vehicles are kept indoors and well taken care of. I Purchased a Cadillac Escalade Hybrid. The new Love of my life. They gave me a great deal on it. I did have one issue with it, the core of the Vehicle of course, yes you guessed it, the hybrid battery. But I’ll tell you what, the Owner Simon stands by every one of his vehicles. He had the battery checked and then replaced. They treat you like family here. With out a doubt the best dealership I’ve ever worked with.Thank you Simon and of course the Salesman Allen for taking care of your customers!

Do not waste your time here. How are you supposed to see a car that doesnt have a battery in it. Salesman was too lazy to charge a battery and I wasnt able to see any functions the car had. Then the salesman introduces me to the manager that was too lazy to get off his seat and greet me and my family, but instead decided that would be the perfect time to shred a big pile of paperwork.

I went here and purchased a vehicle it’s holding up pretty good with no issues so far, and I have had the car for about a month now. Tony is a good business man and helped me out a lot.

Would give zero stars. Place failed to give me the title to a car I payed in full. It’s been over 60 days and still haven’t received a title.

The owners need to retrain their staff. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and does not build a client’s trust. When calling the posted number from the beginning, it kept hanging up stating that the mailbox is full. The demeanor of this business is absolutely unprofessional, and I would not trust any of the reviews listed here. With all the other great businesses in the Orange County area this place is truly a disgrace.

People should really learn the law here !
