I should not give them 1 star, but you cant post without giving them something. they sold a car out from under me. I ask for 3 days to put a deposit down on the car car and they gave me stories. we cant find the key for 2 days. Salesman is out of town, would not return my calls. I was trying to pay cash. they then did not have the ethics to call me, they sent me an email saying they were not selling the car. it is listed on the site for more money now. DONT waste your time with them. they are horse traders!

I got a new 2019 Buick Encore today. What a happy friendly team they have! Sonny and Ray in sales were so great, professional, kind and fun! Mike the manager was really nice. I called this dealership they told me they have Cadillac ESV for about $118000, I drove over hour to them and when I got there they asking for $30000 over MSRP, I couldn’t believe what I was hearing, $30000 over M.S.R.P, buyers be aware this place is bait and switch, stay away I went to Beverly Hills and they treat me right and was able to buy new Escalade at M.S.R.P, *****Stay away from vista mess Cadillac *****

Sold us a 2019 with a laundry list of issues that popped up one month after purchase. RAY said they dont claim responsibility. Walt sold us the car and wouldnt advocate for us in getting repairs done. Desiree, the service writer, washed her hands clean of the situation. Car needs full fluid flush, belts replaced, filters replaced, and oil change (which was supposedly done at point of purchase). Desiree then lied and said weve put 3,000 miles on the car in one month. We are just under 1,000. Nice try lady.Word of advice, go to another dealership unless you want a lemon.

First things first, so far, I love my XT4. I found the car online and drove from Bakersfield, to Costa Mesa for the purchase. For the most part, a fairly smooth process. I am however, disappointed in the customer service Ive received since date of purchase. My calls, and emails have be redirected time and time again, for what should be a fairly simple matter to resolve.

Dishonest Dealership! 18 months ago we purchased a 2018 Cadillac Escalade platinum edition that was a CPO (certified pre-owned )vehicle.We recently sold a vehicle, and it was brought to our attention from three other dealers that the car had been repainted on three panels. The three independent dealers pointed out the exact locations of where the repaint took place (drivers door, front right fender, rear right quarter panel).I explain that we purchase this vehicle as a certified preowned vehicle and they must be incorrect, all three had a paint meter and showed me where the paint was done and the inconsistency in the paint versus the panels that were not painted. because of these findings the value of the vehicle went down considerably.Now maybe you’re asking, “why did I wait 18 months to write a review?” The reason is I had no reason to believe that any paint work had been done to the vehicle, it was a CPO vehicle. I strongly suggest if you look at a used vehicle from this dealer that you use a paint gauge or have somebody who is knowledgeable of repainted vehicles inspect the car on your behalf regardless if it is a certified preowned vehicle or not.Unfortunately it is a dealership like Suburban Cadillac of Costa Mesa that gives car salesman he scummy reputation!

I went to 3 Cadillac dealers across CA. Finally the professional staff here helped us buy our beautiful car! Justin the sales manager and Bunch our salesman worked to make us happy. I had researched the XT6 for over a month and couldnt get dealers to call me back. I narrowed it down to a vehicle they had on their lot. Bunch had the keys in hand within minutes of our arrival and drove it off of the showroom floor for us to test drive. Very professional, helpful and answered all of our questions without any pressure. The finance piece was very smooth with no pressure as well. Very happy to have purchased an 🇺🇸 made vehicle!

Not good. They knew 2 days in advance I was coming to look at a specific vehicle. I even called an hour out and asked if it was available to buy. After getting there the salesman is like, oh its on the lift right now and our mechanics are working on it. And they hadnt even tried to wash or vacuum it. Nor did they mention in their online advertisement that the front end was damaged. NOT a good dealership.

Terrible experience, bad customer service. Negotiated a deal over the phone, when we went to pick up the car, the salesman said that manager wasnt there so he couldnt offer the same price that he had already committed to us over the phone.. I had a wonderful experience with Suburban Cadillac of Costa Mesa. I live 300+ miles away and had one of the best car buying experiences ever! It started at my local dealership where they didnt have the color combo I wanted for my xt6, and I wasnt about to settle. So I went online and so be it I found her! A slightly used Cadillac xt6 Garnett Red with a Brown leather interior! She is beautiful! The next day I was in touch with the internet manager John Lee and from start to finish he was so professional, personable and efficient. I was also trading in my 4runner and he made that so easy as well and gave me an amazing price for her. So long story short they met us in SB half way from Monterey I traded in my 4runner and we drove home in my beautiful new XT6. So thank you John Lee for being a wonderful human I appreciate you and the dealership for all your help and wonderful car buying experience!

I went in to the dealership with a specific car in mind. The sales person, Ben Bergman was very polite and thorough in giving me information about alternatives. He also saw that I was interested in that one car and made sure he found it. I test drove and was in love. It turned out to be used but still had most of the warranty left on it. It had a couple of cosmetic issues that we made sure was in writing to be taken care of. We made a great deal and I am very satisfied. The only thing that would have made this a 100% fabulous experience would be a more efficient process. 5 hours is WAY too long to buy a car.

This dealership doesn’t even deserve a one star. It is my first time owning a Cadillac. When I purshased my car the sales person was pushing for me to lease it. Everything was wonderful, but this summer I have being on loaners because they can’t find what is wrong with my car. The car has left me twice. Thank god i did not get on a car accident. I have being several times on the dealer, now they don’t even give me paperwork. Yesterday it left me two blocks from the dealer. I’m afraid to drive the car. No one has bothered to call me to apologize. Worst experience. I could go on how bad I have being treating me.....

Worst customer service ever. This is the second time I’ve made an appointment and when I arrive they tell me that the person that works on the particular issue doesn’t work this day. Two separate occasions, two different issues. I was very specific on the phone with what the problem was. So without even looking at my car, the representative tells me my issue isn’t repairable, it’s a replacement issue and it’s $1500 and not under warranty. Then he insists that I need an oil change even though I’m not due for one until January. He also tried selling me a $900 service, again, having not even looked at my car. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

Worst experience I have ever had with any dealership! We called the night before we planned to visit the dealership and spoke with Alan. After arriving, my husband and I walked the lot for approximately 45 minutes before we were even approached by an employee. We mentioned we spoke with Alan the night before, but the gentleman on the lot had no idea who he was. It took another 30 minutes before we were finally introduced. I was quite taken back by his completely unprofessional, disheveled appearance, wearing sloppy casual clothes and an old baseball cap. He informed us he was with another client and would get with us soon. We waited and waited....and waited. Finally, another salesperson came out, Reggie, who was like a breath of fresh air after meeting Alan. We test drove 5 different cars with Reggie while waiting for Alan. We were actually in the market to purchase 2 vehicles. Once finally speaking with Alan we began to discuss the cars and pricing in more detail. One of the cars he insisted that the on-line price had to be an input error on their side as he would never sell the car at that price and another car he knew nothing about as it wasnt a Cadillac. His tone matched his appearance. We had advised him the night before that, that was the car we were coming to see. Youd think hed spend 5 minutes on the internet and educate himself on the car he was selling. We verbalized 2 separate offers for 2 cars to Alan at 10% below the internet price, which isnt exactly that far fetched. He spoke in a very rude demeaning tone and basically communicated fat chance. We also had a trade-in which we previously had quoted at Carmax. He insulted us regarding their offer and insinuated we were giving him a dishonest number (1k above his estimate, really?). We should have left much, much earlier. But we had him present our offers to, I assumed, his manager. He came back and basically just said NO. Not even a counter offer. He did tell us that they had to fire a previous employee because he was paying to much for trade-ins so they were upside down on pricing. Apparently, he wants the customers to make up for that. We finally left after wasting 4 hours of our time. Never even offered a glass of water. We are financial sound professionals and have purchased multiple Cadillacs in the past with far, far superior treatment from Allen Cadillac. The only good thing we experienced was meeting Reggie, who was very professional, both in appearance and tone, and getting the chance to test drive a variety of vehicles.

If I could rate the service department lower- I would. I took my GM vehicle in for a front differential 5/2013. Since that time, I have had to take it back twice because the repair work leaks oil. Today, I was called by Sal and told the water pump leaks and I need to have it replaced at a cost of $792. Since I have never noticed water or coolant leaking AND since I had just had the vehicle for an oil change and full inspection (including fluid levels) at a different dealership last week (who advised me the differential was leaking and I should take it back as it was still under warranty) I was skeptical. I opted not to have the water pump replaced. I picked up my vehicle and the coolant level was full. I immediately drove it to another dealer where they put the car up on racks to inspect. I was advised by the honest dealership the water pump was not leaking and there was no sign of corrosion. I took it to a Pep Boys by my house where they also confirmed the water pump was not leaking and there was no sign of corrosion. As far as I am concerned, Sal Garcia on behalf of Orange Coast Buick, GMC, Cadillac attempted to defraud me by claiming I needed repairs that were not required. Not sure if this happened because I was a female or if they try this on all customers. I would not recommend this dealership for anything.

Interesting that Google maps shows I visited this location recently; Im actually down the street, but I did call them for information on a replacement stereo amplifier for my truck. The price they wanted was outrageous... almost $500. I was able to find it online for just over $200. However, Im grateful to the courteous parts rep who gave me the part number & suggested I might find it online cheaper. Most people know to shop around online for just about everything these days, so why would a dealer charge soooo much more for an item? March, 2016... they have now moved into their new location that theyve been building for awhile now. Looks great & hopefully the traffic nightmare theyve been creating by closing lanes will now end.

I recently purchased a Cadillac at this dealer. Ben Bergman was the sales consultant and he was very professional and helpful during the process. There was no high-pressure sales pitch. After the sale, he took the time to help set up the Onstar service and helped me adjust some of the settings in the car. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to purchase a car that this dealer has in its inventory.

The sales person was very courteous and accommodating, well trained inpromoting the sale part, but less trained in car’s accessories. The servicesection performance was way below average. The car was not washed,cleaned properly, and with a half tank gas. The sale person had to run andfill the gas tank. My wife fell down on stairs while waiting for the car,we did not get any attention from the management, they did not have anyemergency first aid such as ice-pack, etc. After 30 minutes they directedus to a nearby Heath Center where they did not accept Orange CoastCadillac’s credit for all the necessary services, even though the sales personwas kind enough to accompany us. After another hour waitingI had to take my wife to our own Insurance emergency facility.

I went twice over the course of a week to look at some cars. The first time I easily spent 15 minutes out there without anyone saying hello or checking on me. I appreciate being left alone for a bit, but this seemed like too much. Granted, I did not go inside to ask for help, so that is on me. I went back a little later in the week and the same thing happened. After nearly 20 minutes someone finally came out to check on me. He asked if he could help and I said I would like to test drive two cars and he looked at me like he had no idea anyone would ever want to do that. I asked, You do sell cars here, right? and got a dumbfounded yes. He then asked if I had an appointment and I said no, but there was not another soul on the lot- so they werent busy. He said they would prefer an appointment and I said If it is too much trouble to try to sell me a car then I will take my business elsewhere. With that, I walked off the lot. He didnt seem to care plus he looked completely disheleved, especially for being a Cadillac dealer. I wont be buying a car here.
