Doooode!! This store in Costa Mesa with the manager Ray and co worker Ryan went above and beyond to make my phone transfer so smooth and easy,I was so grateful for their fun attitude and how kind they were teaching me how to use everything!! So glad I ditched Verizon and now I feel so happy to know I can come here anytime to get whatever help I need.

I came to the CM store today with a myriad of questions relating to multiple personal and business accounts. I was stressed and frustrated, but store manager Raahim took his time with me and helped solve a number of mysteries. He didn’t give up until all of the accounts were functioning efficiently and with the most cost-effective program options. I’m a techno-dumdum, so it was very comforting to have someone thoughtful and knowledgeable navigate the course for me.

Big shout out to Dustin who is fantastic! He has helped me on more than one occasion - he is knowledgeable and efficient. This last visit, he was simultaneously helping multiple customers while training new hires. I was able to have all my concerns addressed - which was very time consuming, but not Dustin’s fault (had more to do with Att’s processes, I do NOT recommend enrolling in FirstNet, had multiple issues and changed back after one month. Dustin was a great help) Thank you!

What should have been or could have been a very terrible experience at the AT&T store, actually turned out to be OK — only because of one person, “Kamal”.The Internet connection at the store is so horrible it’s ridiculous, and we had to wait an inordinate amount of time watching the little dial spin on is computer pad – but because of his personality he kept me from storming out of the store several times, having to wait for the Internet to accomplish what we were trying to do.He definitely deserves a raise! He turned a very unhappy customer into a very happy one, isn’t that what it’s all about?!JR

Today’s visit to AT&T on 17th street Costa Mesa, CA I was greeted by Nancy. It was the easiest and most enjoyable experience I’ve had upgrading and getting my new iPhone 12 up and running. She was extremely professional, efficient and friendly. She answered all my questions with ease. She had the best attitude and I’m very grateful for her. Had to have a family member’s phone replaced and was helped by Hamed. Truly a great guy who was knowledgeable and able to help me from start to finish set up the replacement phone as well as the Apple Watch for it. Hamed took the time to guide me through the process and answer all my questions while working efficiently to get me out the door in a timely manner. If possible, this is who you want to help you. Really great experience at this store.

Came in to this AT and T on a Sunday afternoon. I didn’t realize the were going to close in 5 minutes, but they were so helpful and took their time to educate me on which phone would suit my needs. I didn’t feel pressured to get the newest, most expensive model. Raahim and Brian made me feel like I was in great hands and I walked out with a new phone and a smile. While this review is long overdue, the impact the employees of this store had on our experience warrants commentary, no matter how overdue it may be! About a month ago, my mom and I walked in with what can only be described as an ancient relic - honestly, this thing couldve easily found itself on exhibition at the Smithsonian! It had been EIGHT years since my mother (not the most tech-savvy human) had a new device. Although it took many hours to finally get all of her information transferred, the guys at this store were the most patient, kind, accommodating and knowledgeable AT&T employees I have ever encountered! Special shoutout to Raahim, Jeff, Kamal, Sean and Missael for making a grueling and intimidating process easy and FUN! These guys are THE BEST, and you will not be disappointed by paying them a visit! Thanks again, guys!! :)

By far the worst experience trying to set up a plan. Rep set up two plans when we asked for 1. Now I’m being charged for two plans. Called customer service and they stated no fix can be made for 30 days. Been with AT&T for 15 years but now leaving to Verizon. This store just lost the company a long time customer.

I came to this location with my family on Mother’s Day. I was looking to get my elderly mother a phone as a surprise. I came in with the intention of getting an iPhone se but I left with an iPhone se an iPhone 12 for myself and an iPad without my bill going up. I didn’t realize they had such amazing deals for teachers and I appreciate the raahim helping us out. I believe he was the assistant manager or at least he was dressed like one. The process did take forever but he was kind enough to buy me and my mother a few donuts for the long wait. These donuts are expensive and he really didn’t have to so I appreciate his kindness and generosity. Thank you for the amazing service and amazing deal. Alexa K.

This was a very positive experience, The staff were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.They were eager to dig in and make me a happy camper. This was quite refreshing to me, because the last cell phone company I dealt with wasnt this way at all. So obviously I was all geared up to do battle when I walked into the AT&T store, but, much to my surprise, it wasnt adversarial at all. A very pleasant experience........Id recommend AT&T to anyone not happy with their present carrier.

I’m giving this place five stars because of Jeff. I went to two other AT&T stores trying to figure out what was wrong with my phone. Nobody offered to help, just said they could sell me a phone. I went to this AT&T to buy my new phone and Jeff could have just sold me the phone no questions asked, but instead he offered to troubleshoot my phone to see if it could be fixed. Nobody else at any other store offered to do that for me. He tried repeatedly to fix it, and when it was apparent a new phone was definitely needed, he spent the time answering all my questions to figure out what made the most sense for me. He then spent another 40 minutes helping me set up my phone and making sure all my photos were downloaded. He went above and beyond to help me and I am so grateful. AT&T needs a million more Jeffs in their stores. He truly exemplifies customer service.

Terrible experience.Not only are covid-19 physical distances or wearing protective masks not respected by employees or customers but they are very dishonest and clearly only focused on making a sale at any cost. I have never been somewhere with customer service is bad is this place. I just spent a good amount of money there by upgrading my existing account to unlimited as well as purchasing the new S8 plus. Im not even going to get into the horrible experience I had with all that ...Then it came time for me to leave and I thought I should get a case..But when I began looking at the cases there is one that I like but the price was a $100. So I told them play that I wasnt paying a $100 for a case and asked if he had anything cheaper. The next case he showed me Was a cheaper case if I had to guess I would say around 15 to $30 range. I asked if I could try on my phone to see how it fits he replied of course proceeded to take it out of the Box and place it on my phone While I was trying the feel of the case out I asked how much it was and he replied $65 .That being a bit of a shock to me because it was just a thin piece of rubber I said no I am all right Ill look elsewhere . This is the part I couldnt believe . I disappoint the employee said well I cant really return it . I honestly didnt know what to even say at that point so after a few seconds Of Awkwardness I said you cant just put it back in the Box and he said well I kindda took it out of the Box because you said you wanted to buy the case (Keep in mind I didnt say anything even remotely close to that ) I informed him that I never said I was purchasing anything and only asked if I could try the case how would fit on my phone (There are literally people around me in the store doing the exact same thing ) His reply was no you told me youre buying it or I never would have taken it out of the Box to let you see it. Now I might be crazy but I always thought its a normal thing to try a case on your phone before you purchase the case especially at the prices that they are charging. Not to mention the case is very easy to put back in the Box that was not damaged in any way whatsoever Almost like the Box was designed to be able to have them come out to test . I could go on about more of the bad experience but I think you get the point Lastly my bill my bill went up by more than was quoted by the employee by a good amount so he actually lied about what would be charged...IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS STORE.... DO IT!!!

November 2013 this store misrepresented selling my young daughter a phone when she was only 2 months away from ending her two year agreement. They added a line without her knowledge and did not explain that we would be paying a monthly payment for a new phone but did not explain that we had to pay for the extra line too. Then after the phone bill came it showed an extra line i called to report fraud not understanding what they did to sell the phone to her. After we found out we wanted to take the phone back and they said they would not allow for us to bring the phone back because the 14 days had past. They also did not allow for us to cancel the extra line because we would be charged full price for the phone. I have called and tried for several months to get this taken care of and get the run around. I have now cancelled my service and moved my two lines to another service and they still charged me for the extra line for another month and will not credit me back on top of that they are asking me to pay $230 for a phone that is now worth less than $100. What a rip off AT&T oh actually AT&T is SBC who bought this company only for the name and I will never attach my service to an AT&T phone ever again. Now they are saying I owe $185 last months bill and this month $144.58 because they are just now disconnecting the line WE NEVER USED that was attached to the new phone and they are now asking for the total of $560.83 that I am not even using the AT&T Service any longer. I was a customer for over 15 years and this is how they treat people. No shame!!!

My iphone 4 my grandmother has had for several years has finally glitched beyond return, so we needed to get a new phone stat. My grandfather and her still work together and need phones to communicate, so this was quite a necessity. We walked in with no appointment hopeful to get any service and a working phone. Within a minute or so, Sam was there to help. This guy was an exceptional employee. He helped her pick out a new iphone that best met her needs. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about every question I asked. I cant tell you how hard it is to find good customer service these days and this guy was definitely top notch. Thank you AT&T for exceeding my expectations and helping us & our company out in a bind. Sam is the best!

When I walked in to the store there was an associate greeting people, she did not greet me but she acknowledged a very well dress gentlemen behind me. I was ready to change from T-Moble to AT&T after hearing that they offer unlimited data. Now I decided its better to have no cell coverage but good customer service. T-Mobile offered me $150 for the experience I had at ATT.

Incredibly unprofessional; the sales rep was obnoxiously chewing gum the whole duration of our interaction. Additionally, he tried to employ shady tactics to try and get me to purchase more expensive hardware. I wanted to buy an iPhone SE for a family member because they just needed just the bare basics of an iPhone. I was informed that they did not have that model in stock, so he suggested I purchase the newer 7. I called Apple in Fashion Island to see if they did - and they did have it. This sales rep somehow magically finds several SE iPhones in the back only after I called. Immediately, I left and purchased the phone from Apple because of how dishonest the AT&T sales representative was. Took a whole 5 minutes to pay and get set up with the Apple store.

Took a series of layers in a phone tree to get to speak with a human in this store. I then asked the attendant if I could check the inventory for a particular tablet. I did not even get to tell her which model I wanted. She put me on hold 42 minutes ago.... still on hold. A shame, I was going to buy two of them at $500 each.

The sales girl had an attitude and then this little twirp that I assume she was training laughed at my questions. I felt uncomfortable so just left. Going to a different location.

Minimum of 10-20 min wait at all times. I stupidly bought a phone here, but they didnt have the color I wanted (black?). They had to special order it, a black Galaxy s7 edge really what a strange request. They said it would take a week to arrive but I would be notified as soon as it arrived. A week went by with no notification. Finally went into the store, they said it had been delivered days earlier and just forgot to notify me.Also tried calling this location several times but can never get through to a live person, always get stuck in the endless loop of the ATT automated lady, who always ruins my day whenever I need to contact ATT for anything.This location is perfectly representative of all things ATT: terrible service, poor quality, frustrating automated loops that never resolve your issue, and long waits.

I went into this store inquiring about uverse tv and internet packages. I was quoted $86 per month for basic service by the sales representative. My first bill was around $300 and my monthly subscription was set at $145 a month. No one in corporate has been able to fix the issue and the salesman completely lied to me. After one year of the service the contract went to $228 per month. I didnt know basic cable/internet service is near a car payment
