I’ve never received better customer service from a T-Mobile associate than I did today with Branden! From start to finish he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and helpful. If he is there you would be lucky to get him!

The staff are impressively knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping their customers. They like working for T-Mobile and know their products well. This location is a little small but convenient if you are in the area. If they dont have the phone youre looking for here they will find it at another location.

Its kinda rare to find a cell phone store location that I like and Ive been to almost all of them.Ive been here twice and each time it was quick and painless. This location is small but the staff seem to know what theyre doing, are responsive, quick, and get you going without any hassles, unnecessary talk of upgrades, etc.My last visit was the fastest ever - 10 minutes at the most. Wow. I came in, told them what I wanted, they started the process, we talked shop for a bit, and voila! All was done and handled and the price point was good too. Couldnt be happier.

I had a problem with my Galaxy J7. IMS Service Has Stopped error. They inspected my phone, couldnt solve the issue, said they would replace my phone under my insurance plan. New phone arrived, went to pick up my new phone, then they told me now they see a little tiny crack and they would not replace it. Bait and switch. Will never go back. Bad experience. Shame on you T-Mobile! I only wish I could give them zero stars.

Went because I am having issues with my new s9 and the screen is not responding well. I was told there was a recall on the screen protector I bought with it at another location and they couldnt look up the purchase. I got it at the same time I got the phone. I have only had the phone for a couple of weeks. I feel I wasted 30 minutes of my time waiting just for them to tell me there was nothing they could do. I am out of town and I have been with T-Mobile for 13 years. Worst experience I have ever had. Dont recommend this location.

Terrible place!!! I went in to just upgrade for a new phone and their system froze but they didn’t do a great job on telling me what happened. They didn’t even give me a call back to let me know that their system was back on and I can continue the upgrade!! Really disappointed in them!!

I like this store because the staff are helpful and there hardly ever seems to be a long line. Device selection is pretty limited, but most of my needs are technical anyways.

The 17rh street tmobile store is the only one i will go to for assistance. Eddie assisted me with ny problem which was resolved successfully. His customer service attitude was terrific!

They were great! I was worried because I had a lot to do, 3 new phones and one cancelled line but they took care of everything in a timely manner. Thank you for your help.

Had password issues, rep wiped phone and then reset Google password, locking me out and as a result refers me to a cell phone repair shop down the street. Do you know what happens when you reset the Google password? The rep didnt either and to get me out of her hair she refers an android software issue to a cell phone repair shop that wants $120 to resolve. The answer was simple, you have to wait 24 hours to sign back in as a security measure by Google. This is free, just costs you time and a headache. For no reason should that rep refer this issue to a outside mobile repair shop for an issue she created because she was outside the knowledge cause and effect. Bad business and a bad brand ambassador for T-Mobile.

This was the most disappointing experience that Ive ever had with T-Mobile. Used to be so much easier to deal with the people at T-Mobile, but now everything is a challenge.

The worst cell phone carrier I have ever been with. No service any where I go. Got suckered in by Dianne and her lack of knowing the process of switching over from another carrier. Told us we could keep our devices and still qualify for the reimbursement program. That wasnt right. Called her on it and their solution was to spend more money. Had to pay my other carrier $700 out of my pocket because of her mess up. Now it will cost me another $1,500 to leave....its worth it.

I always go to this T-mobile for service changes/adjustments. Since it is small, it is never too busy, and all the staff usually know what they are talking about. This store does not, however, have a huge selection of phones.

Constantly has to recalibrate and when I get phone calls it shuts down I have to reboot it its just pain in my@$$
