First time having to repair a broken screen on an IPhone. Was in and out with a 3 month warranty! (Not for another broken screen) My phone works great and there customer service is just as great!!! I highly recommend this place. Prices are the same wherever you go but good customer service is hard to find.Thank you!!

Took a dead Note 2 in for one last shot before trashing it. A different repair shop had said it was done. They quickly diagnosed while I waited. Shared that they needed to order a part, and asked if I would be ok picking it up 24 hours later. $35 dollars and the Note 2 is working fine and is a great backup or another gadget to find some new use for.Yes it is a small shop at the end of a crowded strip mall. And they are undergoing a build out to offer retail accessories, so it was not flashy at all. Dont let the location fool you. He knows his stuff. Was professional and very fairly priced. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend or use them again.

Very bad quality DONT come here after changing I phone screen it stopped working after 3 weeks and they refused to fix or even discount a new one horrible quality horrible customer service she use 5$ chinese screens and charge 100 such a crook and thieves

My ancient, but dependable Note II died while at a scorching hot music/camping festival last weekend. . . And Lynn, the owner diagnosed dying battery phone (phone worked and battery chargerd while on electricity) and she not only had a replacement in stock, but charged a very reasonable $25. Shes very knowledgeable and helpfpul as well.

They may be good at repairing phones, but when it comes to helping with UPS services they are sorely lacking. They also dont communicate over the phone very well. My call was answered with Hello rather than the name of the business. They had me thinking I had dialed a wrong number even after I asked them if this was Phone Xoom.

Very very bad quality and expensive, my phone’s glass needed to get Chang, I called them and they gave me $50 price on the phone, when I arrived she Changed the glass, and she to led me 60 instead of 50. I don’t remember it, not because of the price, the quality is really bad too, they used the cheap quality so for that reason my screen is pink now😖. DONT RECOMMEN IT
