Needed a battery replacement for a MacbookPro Retina 2015 that was out of warranty. Luckily, they had the battery in stock, so dropped the laptop Friday afternoon and it was ready Saturday afternoon. Cheaper and more convenient than dealing with Apple Store geeks. Very friendly service.

Came in and out in 2 mins with a quote that was 30 dollars cheaper than any other store and was guaranteed done within an hour in which it was. Great service. You should go here to get your stuff fixed.

This company is not recommended for anyone! I took my phone for a small repair. After they fixed my phone, the issues got even worse than before! I went back 3 times in 3 days, dealing with 3 different people working in the shop. A 45-minutes estimated repair, jumped to over 2 and half hours. My battery gets very hot ( which never used to be like that ), with lots of other issues. My phone never used to do the things it started doing after I took my phone here. They messed up my phone worse than it was and bounced me from person to person. Be careful because these people will rip you off! I ended up buying a new phone due to their horrible work!

They were very formative and answered all my questions, my phone was in pretty bad shape and they were able to get it up and running although my button doesnt work and camera dont work. They could have fixed but I was on a budget, I would recommend this place its affordable and professional.

Some weirdo claims to be the renter of this office space lives inside there with lots of questionable activities. They dont open on time and most disturbingly this place has more traffic during the hours its supposed to be closed. I think they call that kind of thing a front operation. Highly recommend anywhere but here with this zombie run hole in the wall!Didnt even show up to his most recent lawsuit just in last couple weeks. Absolutely great experience. I broke my iPhone 5S screen last weekend and after calling many places they offered the best price and warranty. And they replaced my screen for me in under 20 minutes!!!!!!!!!! Also very easy to find---right next door to 7-eleven and Als Pizza. Extremely nice people and would recommend to everyone. Man! Was this easy! After Apple disregarded my choice of not updating to 11.0, they did it anyway! Totally Disrespectful! After that, the 2 year old battery crapped out continuously and just quit working.Took the phone in and 45 minuets later I was back in business with a new battery and protective screen, all for under a ‘C’ note!Any phone issues take it here!Very impressed!Great Service!

These guys are awesome. My Macbook crashed, and my hard drive was ruined. They were able to retrieve all the files after couple of other places told me they couldnt. They fixed it in less than 24 hours which was pretty impressive. Super friendly staff, Sean and Jose were awesome.

Do not go here.I went today to get my iPhone port repaired. No problem, should take about 45 minutes to an hour.I say, sounds good, Ill be back after an hour.I show up and theyre closed at 3pm. No email, text or anything!Worst possible situation ever.

Had a cracked screen on my Galaxy S6, brought it in and it was fixed 3 or 4 hours later when I got off work. Fix was $145. Excellent service, no BS, no hassle. Ill definitely recommend Yourtronics to others in the area.

This place rocks! My friend referred me after I was about to pay more to drive farther and leave my phone for 4 hours. When I called & they offered to fix my screen & LCD for $75 less and theyd be done in 20 mins? I didnt believe it! But they were done before I even got my fast food across the street!On top of that the screen looks brand new. Ive broken many phone screens and they dont use the cheesy screens. Dropped off my PC at night, had it back before noon the next day. When I dropped it off, it wouldnt do anything, some how they said nothing was wrong and when I plugged it back in everything was working just fine.Either way, Excellent service and fast. Kept me in the loop of what was happening and I didnt get charged for the help.

My first time here, I brought my water damaged Macbook Pro here after Apple had given me a $750.00 estimate to repair it. Sean and his team repaired it for less than half the cost and within one day of dropping it off!!!!! My second visit, I came in with a broken iPhone screen and they repaired it within 15 minutes. Ive just called and dropped off a computer for work and w/o any work being done yet Im impressed by the office, the woman I spoke to over ph and greeted me at drop off, and overall attitude of the location as I entered the store.Do yourself and them a favor by making notes of what problems you may have w/computer before you call them or come to store.

I was recommended by a friend to use these guys as my phone was smashed to pieces (VERY unfortunate accident), They fixed it perfectly! It was smashed like you wouldnt believe and bent too, I didnt think it would be fixable, but I was wrong!I was surprised at how much less of a cost it was than Apple! Im sure if I had gone to Apple they would have told me I had to buy a new one...They also offer a tempered glass option on replacement for an extra fee which is well worth it if you are as clumsy as I am.Need to get my computer fixed so will definitely be back soon.The gentleman on the front desk has great customer service and was super lovely.I would just like to note that I do not know them other from this experience, I just think that good businesses deserve good praise :)

So I dont normally post reviews on services or anything for that matter even with a bad experience, but this was quite frustrating so I feel compelled to do so.I was in Newport beach visiting with family and my phone had fallen out of my pocket and the screen had broke. The right side of the phone was unusable while the rest was in working condition. The actual screen only had a good crack in it and was not shattered by any means. But I digress, I needed a quick repair job because I do basically everything on it when on vacation when I dont have my laptop with wifi access available.I took my phone to Yourtonics shortly after they had opened the day after my phone had broken with high hopes. I do respect their service as they were quite prompt and got the screen fixed within the hour for a fair price so I have to give credit where credit is due. Also hence two stars and not a sole loner.I received my phone back with a new screen for my iphone 7 plus and everything appeared in working condition. Since the phone was taken apart and powered down it needed the passcode instead of the touch id to grant entry. I input my passcode and the phone worked, immediately tested by calling my girlfriend and everything appeared to work. I wish I had tested the home button touch id as that may have resolved issues down in this review, that one may be on me.I then learned that the home button didnt work...at all. I am pretty sure it was swaped with another one. Which I will explain down the line why I believe that. Without the on screen home button setting activated, this became quite the maneuver in order to unlock my screen initially. Finally was able to do it and on-boarded the home screen button for ease of access via accessibility settings.The next day, the touch screen worked very minimally and would not work 90% of the time. Unfortunately I could not take it back as I was flying back home. So, some of this frustration could be alleviated if I had lived there and was able to work with the company in order to rectify the situation but that was not the case. By the time I reached the airport the screen required multiple touches to one spot in order to register. The keyboard didnt work and oftentimes trying to touch an i, o, or p forced a mid screen touch, opening various applications and causing unexpected behavior.I assumed from the drop that this may be an internal issue and was not overly concerned about the screen functionality. Once I was home, I immediately ordered a screen on amazon for $50 hoping that a small investment would solve the problem. Two days later when it came in, I replaced it myself, as I have done before, and everything started to work including the home button, sans touch id.I must note that because the home button was most likely swapped with another that there is no way to replace this with anyone but a certified apple support specialist. The price tag on that is upwards of $300.So in the end, I not only spent $100 getting my phone temporarily fixed by their specialist, purchased a new screen ($50). To get my phone back to working condition, post home button swap I would need another $300.To tally it up, going here and getting a sub par replacement ended up costing me a grand total of roughly $450 plus an insurmountable amount of anxiety trying to manage travel with a half-working device.

I was have problems with my pc desktop and decided to bring it into yourtronics. Shaun and Jose were helpful through the whole process and resolved my issue in a few hours. Im very well satisfied with their services and will definitely be using yourtronics services in the future.

Acouple days ago Apple quoted me over $1,000 to fix my water damaged mac book pro and then my sister recommended me this place In costa mesa it was a little far but so worth it, I only payed $225 amazing I wouldnt have found this deal anywhere and I couldnt be happier with the services and customer service. Sean is amazing I came in here to get a screen protector he gave me a glass protector for an amazing price and He was also offering to change my screen for a good price because its broken the customer service was amazing super friendly and fast, of all the places I have looked into no one even comes into comparison with Yourtronics, they get you in and out with amazing quality repairs, and there prices beat anyones in this side of the OC.

I paid $151.20 on 08/18/15 to have the screen replaced on my galaxy S4. I was told they only use OEM parts. I have a strong suspicion the part used was a cheap knock off. I noticed right away the colors were off and a few weeks later the screen went black. I took the phone back to yourtronics repair (coincidentally the person in front of me was also having problems with hes Samsung screen repair) I was told that I cracked the LCD even though the phone shows no damage. He pointed to the perfect rectangular line where the screen meets the phone as the crack that caused my LCD screen to no longer work. I asked him what could cause a perfect laser edge rectangular crack and his only explanation was pressure. I am tempted to have a professional take apart the phone just to prove the parts are not genuine OEM and the LCD is not cracked. There are plenty of places that repair electronics, I would avoid yourtronics they do not stand by their parts or their workmanship.

Ive been here 3 times in the last 5 years or so: twice to get my screen fixed (after that second time I finally broke down and started buying cases) and this latest time to get a new battery.

I went there and paid to get my battery replaced, I check the battery health after I paid a hundred bucks and it was still at the same he took it in the back and did nothing to it and thought he was gonna get away with it 🙄

Shop wasted my time telling me to bring a monitor to repair. Only to tell me they don’t repair monitors. Communication not a strong point.
