We confirmed the appointment with Karina and arrived on time. She was still busy with others (ignored us without even say Hi). We were redirected to another sales lady (Asian) who was really impatient, eyes on her phone the whole time sending txt messages. We decided to visit other VCA stores and never come back again. Worst customer service ever.

Snooty sales lady will not order you any items. Said the item I want is very hard to get and I have to wait u til September to order. Then all of a sudden it’s available when I asked another sales associate. Happened more than once here. Why work here if you don’t want to do help customers? Despise snooty people.

When it comes return, they only do in store credit.
