I’ve been coming here for the better part of the last three decades.I bought a Covid-19 mask for my at-risk grandmother several weeks ago, only to find out at after gifting it to her, that it was kids sized and didn’t fit her.The man in the store would not allow me to return/exchange it. It was only $15, but the fact that he wouldn’t let me exchange it at the very least is incredible. At least be clear with sizing if you can’t try things on in a store or let me know up front exchange/returns are not available. They have lost a customer, and I will not return or patronize this store in the future.

I love this store. Its a great place to buy gifts and its also a great place to buy for yourself. They also carry things for children. This Christmas I found some really cute books for my grandchildren. If youve never been youll have to try it. Youll love it and you will love the people who work there. They are very helpful and are super nice.

Bought their Oolong Concreta Restorative Balm. Its heaven on my hands and smells clean and earthy. Ill be back for gifts as well.

Fleur De Lys is fabulous. When you want that something special. Something different. Something to show anyone you really care. Fleur De Lys is THE place to go. Jewelry, earthenware, candles, glassware, books, even cards. They have it all. I love the staff too. Soooo helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. Very highly recommended.
