Extremely rude. I would give zero stars if I could. My friend & I waited for at least 20 min & didn’t even get acknowledged. I have been shopping around & wanted to try things on & didn’t even get the chance. I will definitely never return.

Very very bad experience here. We knew there were only 2 people working at that time. So we had been patiently waiting for 25 minutes to try some earrings. However, the lady kept serving the new customers and ignored us. If we had bought a more expensive goods, I bet she would smile and talk to us first! What a waste of our time!

Be very careful. They use false advertising and using bate and switch to get you to store and sell you same item as one online for way more - almost 50% more. Manager was absolutely rude and her answer was i can not do much for you although it was clearly marked down online for $80 but because i needed it for my wifes birthday, i ended up paying $115 plus tax. Absolutely not right if clearly marked online for different price

The customer service here is horrible. I walked in and started looking at the jewelry yet no one asked me if I needed help or nothing. I asked them if I could see the earrings they had available and they totally ignored me and went to help other customers that had just walked in. Their behavior was so unprofessional and rude.

Id rate negative if there is such option. Management needs to fire the lady in store as she is rude and unprofessional. They shouldnt let a good brand name and quality products being destroyed by bad employees

The employees seem friendly but I would have to say the store needs to work on their organization. I ordered a ring (they didn’t have my size) and they said that they would notify me once they recieved it and that it would take up to 2 weeks. After about three weeks, I went to the store to see if they had the ring, but they said to give it a few more days. After about a month without any word, I called the store and they said that they actually had the ring since February and that they probably overlooked the ring the last time I came in since they recieve a lot of orders. A little annoyed about the whole process. So if you’re interested in purchasing anything that they don’t have available in store, just go through their website and save yourself the hassle.

They are very unprofessional and rude. You wake in the store if they are busy helping someone else. They just completely ignore you . Dont know how to say welcome or will be right with you. Shouldnt hire a bunch of unprofessional kids.

Bad service attitude I’ve never seen before. I’ve waited for over a half hour, but no one helped me. No one listened to me or talked with me. The worst thing is that they talked to another two group of customers who came here after me. I told them I was in emergency. I just wanted to buy one pair of earrings, but they just ignored me.

Sad to say after waiting for 45 minutes to be waited on I finally just left. They only had three people working the day before Mother’s Day. When I left there were still 5 people waiting.
