I can’t say enough about the customer service at Affordable Coastal Glass. I actually spoke with the owner to reviewed photos that I sent to ensure that the job was done correctly. They promised to have the job completed in 2d, and they moved heaven and earth to get it done for me. But the amazing commitment to service was the fact that Karen came in when they were closed to coordinate the pick up. Unfortunately our car was too small for the glass to fit safely, so Karen drove the glass to my son’s apartment ON HER DAY OFF! Wish we still had that kind of commitment to customers with all my vendors! Affordable, timely, quality, and caring service.

ACG was super helpful and was able to get me out of a tough position with very little headache and very quick. I spoke with Taylor on the phone and she was incredibly professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. She knew the right questions to ask, was able to give me a well priced estimate on the spot and I was able to bring in my mirror that day. They returned it within 3 days and the product was like brand new. I was very pleased with how they were able to fix my problem with very little stress and made the process very straight forward. Hopefully I dont find the need to go back to them anytime soon, but if I find myself in a pickle with broken glass or mirror they will certainly be my first call. My glass shower door was broken and needed a very difficult-to-find replacement part. I checked Home Depot, Lowes, and Ace, but none of them had it! Thankfully, there was a guy at Ace that recommended me to Affordable Glass Window.I called them that Saturday afternoon and they happened to have my part in stock! These guys specialize in showers, windows, and glass, and seemed very well stocked if youre in the market for anything along those lines as well as accessories. Anyway, I asked if I could come pick up the part and they said they normally werent open on Saturdays, but were expecting a client, so I could stop by. I dashed over there and was helped by the owner. He was very knowledgeable and helped guide me to the correct part. He even stayed after his client left to give me instructions on how to install it on my shower door.I had a great experience here - even though I only bought a small part, the customer care they demonstrated was way above and beyond what I expected!

We called a bunch of places to fix a French style window that was broken at our home on the peninsula. These guys not only crushed the other companies with their quote, they also did a wonderful job.

Super-hepful staff, Allison in the front and Chris in the shop, got my ratty old bathroom window fixed with a quick turnaround. Glad they are in the neighborhood.
