Harbor All Glass and Mirror exceeded my expectations. From start to finish they are amazingly professional. I’m thrilled with my new glass shelves installed to lighten up/freshen up darker wood built in shelving units. I also replaced the glass in an end table.The measuring and ordering process was seamless and timely. The install team is top notch. They did a beautiful job and are so considerate, helpful, efficient and tidy on the job.Jill and the office staff are wonderful. Amazing! I had a broken window. I took it off the frame myself and brought it in. Jamie was wonderful when I walked in and Jill, who handled the details, was just as wonderful. The best part was Jill showing me some glass options, which I hadnt even thought about prior to, and I picked out a piece called OBTUSE glass. It may be the most beautiful piece of glass I have ever seen. I highly recommend you visit the showroom and ask about glass options.

Ordering glass can be confusing and annoying, but I am happy there is a company in town to make it painless. Jim, the owner is awesome and truly cares about his business and customers. Hired Harbor All Glass and Mirror to cut and install mirrors for me. The quality of the work was good but the communication was awful with Jim. After asking several times for invoices and never receiving them prior to install the installers show up with half of what was needed. After some arguing Jim did come through with what we needed and provided resolutions in a timely manor. I would recommend them for their quality and would hire them again. Just confirm the order prior to install. Everything else was good.

Harbor Glass exquisite work and excellent service is consistent and remarkable. They are true pros and the pricing is very competitive and a great value. I have used them on many projects and highly recommend them.

Terrible service. I specifically told Jim, in writing, the glass we would need would be curved. Took time off of work to get the templates made, 2 months later Jim says they dont do curved glass. Complete waste of time and money. So disappointed
