I’ve never had a bad experience here. I’m a local so most of the time I buy my groceries at smart n final. They are also very nice when asked for help. I mean maybe they could have a bigger produce selection, that way I don’t have to buy my fruit somewhere else. Lol I’m picky when it comes to my fruit.

Wow the worst Smart n Final ever, rude and unfriendly. Most of items are out of stock, even the water. I’m not saying all the staff are not nice because i didnt meet all of them, or everything there is not good. I met 4 persons, the one said Morning to me is the manager; the second one who is pretty nice but he actually doesnt work there (was coming from their beer company, checking their items). The third one, which is very rude when I was asking about an item that i even didnt want to ask again or say thank you. I was surprised because of her attitude because in another Smart and Final store I never had a bad response like this. The last one was a cashier, when I came to check out she throw the “This lane closed” to the belt, instead of saying “sorry this lane closed You can use another” like every stores. For some reasons I still need her check my cart. After checking and finished swiping she threw the bread back to my cart as it is a trash. No “thank you/have a nice day” no smiling, no words. I gave 2 stars because of my love for Smart and Final (at any location) ; and the produce there is pretty fresh. If not I would give Zero.

10 burger s for $5. Dollar. 40 pound bag of mesquite charcoal for $15. Ribs/sausage/trip tip. 30 pack of Pabst blue ribbon. The big bottle of hornitos tequila. 4th of July weekend in Newport beach.

First time at Smart & Final, great selections, good prices. Plenty of parking. Ill return...

I love that I can find good deals on certain items but sometimes the items that I want are not in stock. The veggies for the most part are very fresh, very few times have they not been ok. Its close to my house so its a quick stop and let go for me.

11/14/20, during CovidThe line was intimidating BUT it moved very fast. The team here does a good job keeping the line moving. It was Saturday at 11:30am and the line was towards the back at the ice cream isle. It only took about 2 minutes to get to the cashier, if that.

This Smart & Final has everything, much much more than a regular grocery store. Paper goods to food to drinks. Not everything is in bulk. Lots of good service too.I shop at this location often.

I really don’t understand the point of this store. There’s not a huge selection of really anything. Maybe fresh vegetables and fruit. But as far a variety for microwave meals, frozen dinners, pasta sauces, or even bottled water brands. I feel like this place is convenient if you don’t plan on shopping for all your food. Maybe to get a few things to get by for the time but it’s definitely a limited selection. They do have a liquor isle, cleaning supplies, and kitchen utensils. Nothing against management, considering their carts are rarely scattered around the parking lot. Staff is friendly, helpful, and they always appear to be on the move.

Nice clean store,The store had a long line ..but I didnt wait long at all. 👍The only caveat was the cashier was a bit distracted side.

I mainly go to this store because its so close to where I live but, I do like the service here and its a comfortable store if that makes any sense to you

GREAT PLACE! If they could control the lines = 5 Stars!!!⭐ I love shopping here, clean, well stocked & a much better experience than Wal-Mart to say the least.⭐ I prefer Smart & Final to most other grocery stores, primarily because they KNOW how to run a tight ship!⭐ The best refrigerated section, they actually keep things COLD not COOL!⭐SUMMARY⭐ Happy to keep them in business and I recommend the chain to all my Costco & Sams Club member friends that want to get what they need without a membership!PLEASE HIRE OR STAFF MORE CASHIERS!!! Could be a 5 star experience if they got the checkout up to speed!

Bad experience at the parking lot. Two Hispanic womens try to open my car trunk and looking to robbery from my car, good thing my car are very dark windows and their no see than I was inside and surprise them. Their yet very nervous and just say sorry we confuse with our car. When no have another similar car at the moment parked there.

Horrible, come here only on emergency. Looks like they get all the old stuff from other stores. Hb store carries fresh produce and organics but not this place. Its also dirty and stock staff are rude and expect you to move when not enough room to pass in a food lane. Lines run into each other and nonpassing room in main lane .

OK delane, when he finally arrived said they needed to be bagged, after the other clerks watched me take the cans out of the bag, and said nothing about the cans being Im the bags.I will update the review as I go along. Everybody is helpful & courteous. They pay attention to seniors.

Decent selection, cheap prices and bulk items. Almost like a mini Costco.

RUDE Cashier named Monica. She was rolling her eyes and giving attitude to my family, very disrespectful. The worst part was that her manager was near, yet he didn’t seem to care. The place was alright but the service was horrible.

Got run over by a workers hand truck. He just stood there looking at me. Without saying a word he just looked at me and walked away. Never going back.
