If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in tonight to buy a shop light listed on the Ace Hardware web site for $12,99. At the register it comes up as $14.99. I showed the guy the web site price and he went into something about how it costs more and asks if I want to talk to the manager. I said if she is going to honor the advertised price sure but if she isnt then no. He then says so you dont want it. I said no and left. And it appears I can go online order the light for store pickup (same store) pay for it and go pick it up for the web site price but they wont honor a walk in.Ive been in before to have a Craftman hand tool replaced under lifetime warranty and the manager refused to honor the warranty without a receipt. What I joke.I cant wait until this store goes out of business, they are terrible! I will never set foot or drop so much as a penny in the parking lot.

Far and few between are the mom and pop hardware stores but, these guys are a close... friendly and helpful service. Willing to help you find what you need for the job at hand. Ive yet to visit and not have someone greet me and ask if they could help in any way.

Im going to miss having Ace so near to me. They are closing in March.Harbor blvd. will be a ghost town here within 2 yes. if they keep pricing the good shops out on leases. Too bad

Always friendly helpful great neighborhood store. If you need help with an item they are not like home depot where no one knows anything and their stock is available not like Home Depot. We need these smaller stores who still look after your needs.

The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. When you ask him about something, they have experience to help you find what you need, old school knowledge. Something that you cant find like that anymore

This is one of the larger ACE Hardware stores, with a wide variety of construction items. I especially give them kudos for their selection of fasteners and hard to find items. However, they seem a little pricey for items I can find over at the guys in orange.

I went their for an extension cord and something to fix it to a wall. Not only did they have everything I needed, but the staff was also very helpful suggesting what would work best for my project. Overall great experience.

Still a great store dor hardware and other household items. . From paint to hardware to mouse traps. They have it.

The loss prevention here is out of control... everything is locked up and I had to get an attendant for a $5.00 purchase and then had them eye me on my way up to the register. I will not ever return to this place, at least the home depot down the street wont treat you like a criminal

What can you say about Ace Hardware Store has pretty much everything you need for building are replacing

I called in and got a quote for the large lamp oil bottle and had them put two aside. When I arrived they turned out to be$5 more at the register. Attendant said, Oh I quoted you the small bottle. Yet who quotes you a small bottle when I asked for the large and had her hold 2 of them for me?? I received no apology from the attendant and nothing to price match what she said or give me a discount for their error. Meanwhile I went out of my way to go here because I was quoted a lower price. Not good customer service in my opinion. Management should have handled this different.

I went there for a 6ft. extension cord and not only that the price here was cheaper than Home Depot or Walmart but I also received excellent service from their very helpful staff members as well.

Unfortunately this store is closing. Very helpful staff, best wishes.

Ordered umbrella online, manager retrieved it, dropped it at my feet, filthy box, no thank you, no do you need help. I had a cart and he didnt even offer to put it in, absolutley nothing. This used to be my favorite store, but the last 2 times, no help on floor, and manager was clueless.

Went to buy a battery for my chipped car key and they sold me a dead battery and I had to buy a new key that set me back 150 bucks then the guy checked out my old key and it worked when replaced the battery ace sold me.not good
