Always courteous and on the spot. Never fail to get reminders to come in for a check up, office staff is wonderful and Sonny always helpful Hearing aids work well (when I use them) and the product from my view is very good. Solid recommendation. PS Grace at the front is fantastic.

Sonny, the audiologist, is both 1) kind and easy to work with and 2) brilliant at choosing the right hearing aids and making adjustments that improve hearing. Sonny is an expert at testing and fitting my hearing aids and making repairs to them. The office runs seamlessly. Appointments run on time. Grace, the front office person, is so very welcoming and nurturing. I highly recommend Sonny and Grace.

The owner Sonny is very knowledgeable and amazingly generous. I took my moms hearing aids and he was able to fix and wouldn’t even charge me for it as he said it didn’t take him long to fix it.We need more business owners like him in our community that are so honest.I recommend this place to everyone. This was the third company I have gone to for hearing aids. The first two, unfortunately, did not fit me with the hearing aids that were beneficial. He takes care of my husbands hearing aides every 3 months checking them and cleaning them. We are always taken early for our appointments and are out of there in a quick but efficient manner.

My mother was visiting from out of town when she experienced hearing aid issues. We found Clear Choice on the internet and chose it because it was close by. Although we didnt make an appointment we were warmly greeted by Grace who assured us they could be of service. We met with Sonny after approximately a 5 minute wait. After examining the hearing aids he was able to diagnose the problem. He fixed one on the spot and gave us information about the issue with the other one for my mother to relay to her audiologist at home. There was NO charge for the service. I would highly recommend this office.

I had a hearing impairment due to age and exposure to loud noise without ear protection (shooting range). I had my hearing tested several times, and eventually went to Hear USA as recommended by my health care provider. I was quickly outfitted with an expensive set of hearing aids that were the right ones for me and sent on my way. I never heard well with them; could not understand TV dialog, could not converse in loud environments (restaurants), could not hear the beeps from the microwave or the digital lock on our front door, the turn signal indicator in my car, etc.Even one on one conversation was not always clear.After two years of suffering, thinking that there was no more that could be done, I visited Clear Choice Hearing in Costa Mesa. Sonny tested my hearing and said that the hearing aids that I had were not the best for me, and that there were better choices for the type of hearing impairment that I had. He suggested that I visit periodically so that he could check my hearing over a period of time, and eventually suggested that I test a different hearing aid that had new technology more suited to my type of hearing loss and lifestyle.The results were miraculous ! I feel that with these hearing aids I am almost at the natural level that I was when much younger. All of the things listed that I could not hear before, I can easily do now. And ... he continues to schedule follow-up visits to check that everything is OK on a regular, 4 - 6 week basis. I really appreciate the pro-active care I receive from him. It is so much better than my previous experience, and most importantly, a wonderful lifestyle improvement for me !

I have been using Clear Choice for many years. I now have my 3rd pair of hearing aids. Sonny has always been very courteous and explained all my options. I have relied on his advice and judgment and have been totally satisfied. They retest my hearing and evaluate any adjustments that might be needed. The biggest value is service after the sale.

My experience with Sonny Ghesimi in Costa Mesa has been all positive with excellent service. I have never felt rushed at appointments, all questions answered completely. He is very professional and knowlegible which makes the patient feel confident with their choices of hearing aides which seems so complicated to the average person.
