I had my hearing tested and it went great. It was thorough and efficient. Everything was explained to me before it was done and I felt comfortable all the way. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was that I was rescheduled twice. The first time I was rescheduled to a day the specialist wasnt even going to be there. That delayed me about a month. Other then that, everything was professional and well done.

I had my heating tested at Kaiser medical facility and was referred to HearUSA. The customer service received at the Costa Mesa facility far exceeded my expectations. The ease of being to use a trial test period of a week made it so easy to say yes after a couple of questions answered.I feel I have my hearing restored with minimal problems of background noise. I can now learn how to minimize those problems.My first hearing aids were the Lucid brand which is ok for minimal hearing loss.

Got replacement of one hearing aid. Was just handed over to me at reception area. Audiologist didn’t even take me inside office to calibrate the new hearing aid or recheck the other used one. Got home and found out both weren’t working well enough even with adjustment thru Signia app. I specifically requested RE-calibration of used hearing aide for that appointment. Now I have to wait for end of trip to go back in.

I cannot even begin to express how happy I am with Michelle Bastin and Jared Schindel at Hear USA in Costa Mesa CA!! I had lost the hearing in my left ear and thereby needed to purchase a hearing aid. I had contacted Hear USA in Westminster and they couldnt get me in for nearly 2 weeks, this was just way too long to wait. I contacted Hear USA in Costa Mesa, Jared answered the phone got me an appointment the same day. I was greeted with professionalism and a strong sense of caring from both Jared and Michelle. Michelle took plenty of time to educate me about the hearing aids, ordered the right pair for me and got them within two days. When I went back to pick up my hearing aids, Michelle showed me how to use them, programmed them and downloaded an app to help me adjust the volume via my iphone. I am so happy with my new hearing aids and the amazing service that I received. Jared and Michelle are true assets to the company and I look forward to continue working with them in the future.
