Ryan the owner gave us the best imaginable customer service! He personally came to our house 5 times to supervise every step of the delivery and installation process. Perfect for the quarantine!We purchased our hot tub from Ryan almost a year ago and STILL the best investment weve made. Now that were in quarantine, we appreciate it even more! We were not aware that they offer a wet showroom where you can actually test out the hot tubs, which is pretty important for such a commitment. Ryan is one of the most personable salesman we have ever met and he knows his spas. This was the most fun shopping experience ever. After we made our decision, we got to meet Lulu who was incredibly friendly as well and she walked us through the paper part of the process.Installation - Ryan and his team showed up on time and had us up and running quickly. Its pretty amazing that they were able to carry the hot tub all the way to our backyard. I cant say enough great things about Ryan and his team.Price - Best in town!Ongoing Assistance - I manged to press the correct combination of buttons to lock the hot tub the very first night! This is not easy to do and even more hard to figure out how to unlock it. After searching online without much success, my husband remembered Ryan had provided step-by-step instructions on what to do if this happens. Its not even in the manual! We were unlocked and back in business after following his steps. Simple mistake I made. I ordered from Costco thinking I’m calling OC Spas about my order. It’s not the same shop, but the man who answered the phone was verbally abusive, yelled and hung up on me because I started my sentence “Hi I ordered from Costco.” I’m sure it’s happened before to them but to treat me like that deserves a google rating.

The locks on my new $400+ spa cover were put on with silicone March 23. After a week they came off. I called Ryan and I was told that they were installed incorrectly. He came out to install the locks and had to come back twice because he was drilling through stone of which he knew as he had been to my home to measure for the cover. He installed 3 of the 4 locks. After which he did not return my phone call to inquire when he would finish the last lock. I went to his shop and left a note. Today he finally installed the last lock with one screws as he did on two of the other locks but the last lock is not secure. So 40 days after the cover was paid for and delivered I have 4 locks installed.

Their salesman Ryan went above and beyond, and his employee Andrew Kalanz was great as well.

These guys have gone out of their way to help & service us. Even 5 years after our purchase!
