Update 04.15.21 - Spoke to the owner and I highly appreciate the acknowledgement. Learning opportunity for the team and love they value their costumers. Our family and I really enjoy Cold Stone Ice Cream.On May 14, 2021 around 9:45pm there were about 4 workers that were on shift that did not attend us at all until moments laters, even though there was no one in line. One was even on their cellphone. The light-skinned, brown hair male finally served us but did not do a good job. Please see the photos for further details. We ordered a Love It but he served us less than a Like it. This is prior to eating them (which we didnt end up doing). One was soup and both were under-portioned and messy. There was another male than came out from the back that attended the group next to us. He did a great job and even helped them in Spanish to assist them better. Their ice cream looked delicious! He was the only one with great customer service.

Walking in, the ice cream parlor was in disarray. From the disorganization of tables to the amount of customers still waiting for their orders, the service wasnt spectacular to say the least. Upon receiving my order of two mixed ice cream cups, the amount of ice cream in them didnt even reach the edges. They sure know how to make money...

She was charging me for toppings without telling! $17,99 for 2 extra small cups of ice cream!! What a nice way to make money

Walked in the store and it smelled like straight up armpits. It was two adults, I think they were the managers and two workers. The female adult Naira as said on my receipt, helped me and then proceeded to tell a girl something about trying to ring us up. I ordered a love it create your own and a like it signature. I told her I had one more order a chocolate like it with Oreos. She then got upset and she ended up ringing us up herself after a while because I decided to order one more ice cream last minute. She undersized all of our ice creams and forgot the topping I asked for multiple times until she finally remembered it was Oreos. The ice creams were smaller than I’ve ever received them before. I visited the place two weeks ago and the sizing was so much better along with the customer service they were all friendly and tried to start a conversation with us. Overall, sadly will never come back. The lady was not friendly at all, didn’t talk to us or try to start a conversation. The interaction was minimal. It seemed like she didn’t want to be there. The customer service is horrible, the ice creams are undersized, management isn’t great, and the place smells like a high school football team locker. Absolutely terrible.

Very poor service from the gentleman working tonight (Eric). Smaller than normal servings (especially compared to other workers tonight), then charged for extra mix-ins after skimping on them.

We tried to go into the store to order some ice cream at 8:52pm, the lady behind the counter told us they were closed. We responded with, “it says you close at 9pm.” Her response? “Sorry we’re closed.” Only 2 people in line ordering and they would not serve us 8 mins before they were supposed to close. Will never return to this location.

Their online menu is incorrect and not kept up to date. Placed an order for same day pickup, only to arrive and be told once Im there they dont have what I already paid for. No attempt to contact me or refund me prior to arriving

The best ice cream cakes anywhere!! I come here for every special occasion and am never disappointed. Frida is very helpful and will customize the cake for you! I cant wait for my Valentines cake.

So many different options! All of the staff is very willing to accommodate any needs or requests that theyre capable of! Major improvement in the past couple of months regarding store appearance and customer service! Delicious waffle bowls, tasty ice cream, great cakes!

This dessert shop is like a hybrid of Baskin-Robbins and Creamistry. Their mint ice cream is just plain green mint ice cream unless you have them add anything like chocolate chips, fudge, etc. For a small mint mint chocolate chip in a waffle cone, it’s a little pricey ($10) but I loved the taste 😋 I often walk on by but I’m glad I stopped by to check it out on 3/6/2020. The extra steps in preparation of your treat completely justify the price.

Pricey but their creations make people happy. Located in a greater shopping center next to a Jamba Juice.The “love it” size coldstone creation will cost ya $7.99, I think “like it” small size was $7.19.Lookout for buy one get one free coupons in the paper or online to make it cheaper!

Staff is friendly, considering the circumstances (understaffed). Don’t bother ordering online as you will still have to wait 30 minutes in line only for them to tell you the order isn’t ready and that they still have to make it. Order was set to be picked up at 8:15pm, it is now 8:52pm and still waiting. Granted that it’s Saturday and they’re busy, then the order online function shouldn’t have been available for this location.
