Omegas South Coast Plaza is one of two boutiques in the United States designated by Omega as participants in their Certificate of Authenticity program for vintage timepieces. As I was interested in the program for my vintage Speedmaster, I contacted the boutique and discussed the program with Edward, one of the boutique technicians. Edward was very knowledgeable about the program and was most helpful in explaining the process. Since I was not in the local area our conversations were by phone and email. My emails were answered quickly and Edward was very pleasant to deal with over the phone. I would not hesitate to use this store again for all of my Omega needs.

This boutique offers absolutely amazing customer service. Im more of a vintage Omega collector, so I brought in one of my vintage pieces to be serviced/refinished, and Tina went above and beyond to help me figure out the best course of action for my pocket watch. She even brought out an Omega archival book, where we were able to locate my pocket watch from the 1930s!Its currently on its way to Switzerland, and I cant wait to see the results in a few months! I will definitely be purchasing my first modern Omega watch from this boutique.

I joined the Omega family earlier in March 2021 and after having purchased 3 timepieces in total since then from this boutique, I can comfortably say they provide excellent customer service to their clients. I will most definitely only purchase my Omega timepieces from this boutique and I cannot recommend enough the services of Hiroo as well as other staff who supported me, Tina & Jonathon. This Omega boutique has top notch service. I visited on a Saturday afternoon to check out the new Moonwatch and other models. I was greeted by Lee T. who was great to chat with and he definitely knew his horology and more specifically, all the nuances of the myriad of Speedmaster models.I was only there to look around but ended up trying on a bunch of watches. Lee was happy to show me several models and try them all on. The special treat was seeing and trying on the Apollo 8 edition - incredible version. This is on my list to purchase next.This is a great boutique and Lee was fantastic. I will definitely be coming back here again.

Let me start by saying that Im a God fearing person and managed quality departments supporting the aerospace, dealing with warranties. I brought in a Seamaster Professional 300M for its first service to South Coast Plaza boutique. When I picked-up the watch, I was provided a small plastic bag with parts they replaced full of dust (?) Surprised I looked deeper and noticed the dial wasnt the same. The red Seamaster was no longer that color and positioned at 6oclock, which I know for certain was at 12oclock. The dials wavy background was not as visible and letters were unclear. After contacting the South Coast Plaza office, they sent me a picture of the watch they claimed taken as received. Im sure it was taken after the service. A noticeable scratch on the bezel and crystal was no longer there. I owned the watch since 2004 and knew exactly what I had. The watch dial was replaced with a knockoff item where letters are unclear. The Swiss Made logo isnt as readily visible. When I arrange for a meeting the office manager Curtis declined it. Im very surprise that Omega wouldnt entertain my complaint. Be weary of this place. Know your watch before you drop it in for service or better yet go somewhere else.

I came in with a speedmaster watch that was a japanese (market) item only. I had wanted to wear it but the band was just to tight. The thought of paying for a new bracelet was not thrilling as Omega is very high up on the watch food chain. So.... I went into the Omega boutique in south Coast Plaza just to see if they could help.I met Hiroo who is the Asst. Manager of the store. I admit my attire did not exactly scream Omega buyer but nonetheless he helped me. I explained the situation and after telling me he had never seen a japanese market Omega he located a single link that fit my watch perfectly. He polished it up a bit, explained the nuances of the Omega watch, the uniqueness of a japanese market watch and in the process made me feel most welcome.Altho I didnt spend big $ on a new watch Hiroo was very helpful and courteous in answering all my questions about the Speedmaster and Omega in general. Social distance HIGH 5 to Hiroo and Omega for making me feel I was just as important as any other client.

GreatI walked in and let them know I was only window shopping. The young man at the counter said GREAT Thats how it starts he was engaging asking questions about what if anything was I looking for specifically. Very professional.

A unique high tier Brand Great Swiss Made Watches.

I went in with a friend with some questions about their dive watches and were greeted happily by Matt. He was knowledgeable and polite. He showed us various Planet Oceans and Seamasters - and a few others (speedy!) - and the differences between them. I will definitely be back when I purchase my Moon Watch.
