The person that helped me was very nice and new what he was doing

I own my home in Council Bluffs, and Ace Rent to Own Associates came to my home and was trying to reach me. I was not there, and when I got home I found my storm door all messed up, including my security camera. They did not latch the door when they left. The wind caught the door, busted the frame, as well bent the door. Well I called their manager Chris he verified with his associates, and they did. The point of this story is that Chris, and Cory; and their president, called me and told me what they were going to do. They not only fixed my door, and the operation of the door, and it works better than it did before it broke. I have found Ace Rent to Own to be an awesome place to buy furniture, electronics any thing, they are honest, and very helpful, and they care what people think of them. They are an awesome people, and I will continue to do business with them, in years to come. Thank-you Ace Rent to Own for fixing my storm door. The contractor did an awesome job!!! Troy L Miller

Jody is one of the best sales person that I have had in my 60+ years of life. She goes over 100% all the time.

It was a great experience until I went in to pay my bed off. I was asked if I needed anything else or wanted to look around I told the employee no. They proceeded to tell me how I could have a 30 free trial and then return at no cost I was told it would help with their reviews that she said were doing poorly and Id be helping tremendously if i could just take anything. I found out afterwards if you pay something off and then make a new purchase they get a bonus. Needless to say I feel used by this company. I know I couldve said no and walked out but this employee was persistent and guilt tripped me. I told her no several times. Now I have an item thats just going to be returned in a couple days. Dont think Ill be doing business here again after the item is returned.

Love this location, the staff here are so nice and 100% willing to work with you no matter the issue. If theres ever an issue, theyll do WHATEVER THEY CAN to fix it. Including buying new tape measures ;)

Amazing Store with an Amazing Team, they always go above and beyond.

Had a great experience! They didnt have the washer and dryer I wanted in so they offered to give me a different pair until they get the ones I wanted in, and even offered a discount for the inconvenience. They ended up getting the washer and dryer in the next day and were able to deliver that following day! Lamain was awesome and very personable! I would do everything in your power to keep him around for as long as possible!

The manager at the CB store has always been extremely nice and works with you to get you taken care of in the best way he can. Their delivery crew is also very pleasant. Lamain and Brandon were polite, kind, and gave us a few laughs while delivering my tv. Its nice to have good customer service like that in such hard times.

I got a gaming computer setup, mine you being with the company for 11 years, I got the computer for a birthday Christmas present for the computer person my home. Now when something happens to different parts, they blame the person for not being careful with the computer. They care and are very good at the items, they get from Ace. If I have to keep arguing and fighting for things they can give me a check for the amount of the stuff I have, so I can move

I was informed my chris today that my account is 2months past which that is impossible because I paid for a xbox and tv on August 21 which I should only be one week behind not 2 months either fix my account or you can write me a check for all the mkney I have put in to the account

I havent rented here before. I owned a ps3 in the past and the online service was down. So it was pretty much useless i continued to make payments even told them I cant play games on it and they said they will work with me in the future. After being late on my payments I asked for an extension on my payments they refused.

As soon as I finished paying 1200 bucks for a PS4, not more than a month later it quit working.

This is a great place to go. The only bad part is I have gotten two phones from them and the batteries have been bad but luckily the phones came with a warranty.
