I had called these guys to come fix my dryer. I showed them where it was downstairs and let Jeff go to work. About 20 miin later, I went down to check and see the progress.... what I saw was him smoking some sort of illicit drug from a glass pipe. I immediately told him to leave, and he said I still owed him for his time, even though he never fixed the dryer. I wouldnt recommend Duncan Appliance to my worst enemy. Call someone else!!!

Horrible experience. After Jeff was in my house, alone for about 10 min. I had most of my jewelry come up missing. Do not hire them, especially Jeff Duncan, the owner. Go anywhere else!
