He was very helpful, even though they didnt have exactly what I was looking for. But me not knowing anything about starters as im calling all these other auto part stores and they are asking me long bolt and short bolt or both long bolts as I already explained myself im calling around for pricing for my boyfriend hes at work and idk anything about starters. My sales agent was very informative, helpful, and professional. He walked me through every step of the buying process. I received a copy of my receipt immediately after the purchase. When my part shipped, my sales agent called me and gave me the tracking number. One star given only because no star review was not a option.Buyer beware doing business with this company.Ordered a part (axle assembly) on a Friday morning and was told it would ship either that day or Monday from a yard 2 hours from me. Received no follow-up email with shipping info a promised. Tuesday, Wed, and Thursday multiple attempts were made to get a tracking number. Finally received a tracking number on Thursday only to find out that the carrier had no record of that tracking number and no package being shipped to my location. OEM Parts maintained that the carrier had lost the package which is suspect being a tracking number was never created for the delivery. Friday the company sourced another axle from KY and said it would be shipped Sat or Monday. I was unable to get a tracking number from OEM Parts until 5 hours after the axle was delivered this Monday (10 days after initial order). Looking at the tracking number, I see that the part was actually shipped last Thursday. OEM parts provided false information regarding the pulling and shipping of the axle through out the entire process.Now the kicker... I receive a call from the shop and my low-mileage A-Grade axle is seized with rust and will require more to fix than what I paid for it in the first place!!! OEM Parts is requesting pictures be sent so they can fix the problem, but once again no-one is available by phone for a follow-up. After multiple calls this afternoon, Ive given up trying to work with them and decided to post a warning for others. Next call is to the CC company and try and get some satisfaction for this mess theyve created.
