Traveling through Council Bluffs IA we had tire problems. Googled CFI and pulled into their shop. They were the absolute best! Got us right in, found the problem, fixed it, and their rates were very reasonable. CFI you rock! Thank you so much!

Made a comment last time about there job on not letting me know about the extra charges they wiggle in the prices last time, Then they got offensive. And told me to go somewhere else then, so I did and was cheaper. Stay away think they own the marked. Just a company that nickel and dime customers.

This family run business is no joke. You are in and out. A little tight on parking but they find a way everytime. Once again 4/29/21 I had a blowout, I didnt even have to get out of my truck they got me fixed and back on road. I know where Ill be buying my next set of rubber shoes. Classy Business.

Highly recommend. I get all of my tires here and I even talked the owner of the company I work for too get the work van tires there. Great customer service and quick on install.

I had a flat tire while traveling in the area and was limited on time; spoke with Dan at CFI on the phone who assured me they could get me in. I arrived at CFI and within minutes they were jacking up my motorhome and getting to work. Dan and the crew were able to replace the fouled up tire valve, remount the tire, check air pressure in the other tires and get me back on the road quickly. These guys are pros; big thank you to Dan and the other gentleman for getting me in/out today. Customer service like this is hard to come by; if I lived in the area I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I was traveling on i29 on a Friday at 5:00 pm north of council bluffs, these guys were the only people that had the trailer tire and were willing to stay 15 minutes late to help us so that we could get to our destination

Called them up, to see if they had a tire, since ours just blew out on the highway. They said that they did, came to where we were, took the old tire off, took it into his truck, eventually rolled a new one out for us, put it back on, and sent us on our way.$60 in total, so I can’t complain.

Great spot. Helped me out last minute on a Friday morning, when a tire blew the night before a big trip. Got me in and back on the road very quickly. Super reasonable prices too.

These guys went over and above when I needed tire put on my wifes SUV. They were able to have the tires I wanted in about 45 minutes, and install was roughly the same. These guys saved me running all over town. Great Job, I will definitely be back and I will be recommending them to others

One of the best places I have ever went to for used tires, prices are low and your not getting worn out skins like so many other places and the staff is some of the greatest I have had the chance to be around and I have been a mechanic for over 30 years five them a try I did and I keep going back

I showed up unannounced early in the morning to get an oil change before a road trip and the staff greeted us with kindness and hospitality. Good coffee and great service. Highly recommended.

I took my car in for a nail in my tire. The gentleman that helped me was very polite and helpful! He stuck around a little after closing to get my tire patched and ready to go! I will definitely be back if I have any other tire issues in the future!!!

Great service! They do more than sell and fix tires! Also if you need a to buy good used tires they sell those as well. A fix for a truck/suv/car is $20.00. If you are in the market for new tires call CFI they have the best deals and possibly a rebate for the tires.

A little slow and slightly higher priced than most...but they were open at 630am and thats hard to come by in the auto repair world.

Stopped in for flat repair on my semi-tractor this morning. The employees failed to acknowledge me and when I was finally approaceap by the owner for my service request I was told it would be thirty minutes before they could assist me. I inquired to why I would have to wait thirty minutes? The owner then became defensive and said I should go. I was a bit confused by this and asked what was wrong with the question, since he had three employees on staff. He then said they didnt want to fix my tire.I DO NOT recommend this place of business. I have never had quality dependable service from them. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

The one in council bluffs is WAY better than the one in glenwood. They are lazy, dont wanna work and was not happy with my front end alignment. Steers less than perfect and my steering wheel wasnt straight ad it or should have been.
