Helpful and mostly friendly staff. Did have a lady call me and take an attitude with bc i told her i wasnt going to pay $300 for them to replace my battery and that I would do it myself.
Wow I am totally blown away by how amazing Edwards is!!! My jeep broke down so I called a tow company to bring it to TO Haas. I posted it on my Facebook. My Edward hookup, Patrick Johnston, calls me and tells me I better be bringing it in because I am still under warranty. I didn’t know that. If it’s an issue the warranty covers & I get a free tow. I most definitely canceled that other tow and the appointment. Mind you I had already been waiting for that other tow truck for just over two hours. Not a big deal we just got hit by a snow storm and there were so many wrecks. I get everything worked out with Crystal at Edwards in the service department who is absolutely amazing!!! The tow truck driver shows up 34 minutes later! That was lightning quick in these conditions. I was told there were no loaner cars and there were no rentals because of all the bad weather that we’ve been having. I am okay with this. I can work from home. Within a few hours I’m getting a call from Crystal saying hey we have a loaner car for you do you want it? YES!!! My experience has been super TOP notch! I will continue to recommend Edwards to my friends & family!
Very little wait. Good communication on the license plate assembly bracket & was put on within 10 min during a busy morning. Thank you to the Service Mgr.

I called to have a chip repaired in my windshield (Ive previously had a chip repaired there and had to wait 3 hours until the guy showed up). I had to speak to 7 different people because apparently only 1 out of 7 knows that they repair window chips in house. I show up to get this chip repaired and again Im told Ill have to wait 3 hours for the guy to show up.
Very unprofessional....service department doesnt diagnose the vehicle right and gives different estimates for service. Had my car there 4 times since january....problems never fixed right when the initial tickets are wrote up and each tech finds different problems that that the previous tech evidently overlooks.....they had a bunji cord attached to my front bumper upon completion of my car being fixed one time and the next time I came into pay for service and pick up the vehicle the car had no power their service department backs the service per general manager Chuck........NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR THERE....CURRENTLY TAKING MY CAR TO HH KIA TO MAKE SURE EVERTHING HAS BEEN FIXED.. ADDED A PICTURE OF BRAND NEW WHEEL WELL COVERING....THAT WAS ACCEPTABLE PER MANAGEMENT
