My wife was in an accident with her Chevy Cruze. After asking around Auto body concepts came highly recommended. We took it there and they found hidden damage. It did take a little longer than expected but they did an excellent job. The color match is outstanding. They have my vote and I highly recommend. They are professional and amazing, Joe kept in contact about my vehicle and answered all my questions even though in the end my vehicle was a total loss from the accident I am still very pleased with the service and helpfulness that I received during this stressful situation. Paint work is top notch. Staff is great and always helpful. The staff is always ready to answer questions and help you understand the process. They make you comfortable if you have to do any waiting, by offering coffee or water. They will show you all the things they will be doing ( if you are interested in getting hands on knowledge). The car is always much cleaner when I get it back....even if I go in for a small issue. They do a great job in coordinating with the insurance company in coordinating all my benefits.

In my experience, its difficult to find a trustworthy, reliable auto body shop. When my car was involved in an accident Joe at Auto Body Concepts did his best to give me a quote to repair the damage. He made it clear that he didnt want to get in there and find out that there was more damage and charge me more. When he got it up in the air he realized it would be much more work than we had anticipated and he let me know immediately. I decided not to have it fixed. He declined payment for the time it had taken to assess the extent of the damage and even offered to let me keep my car there as long as I needed until I figured out what I wanted to do with it. Everyone I came in contact with were extremely nice, helpful, and seemed like really honest people. I will definitely be back! Thanks for everything!

Outstanding customer service! Being disabled it’s difficult for me to deliver my vehicle anywhere as I’m not the one who drives it much. Staff were friendly, and honest to boot. Pricing was fair, although Ill admit Im no expert on it, so correct me if you think Im wrong.Unfortunately, I had to part ways with my trusty car, as I had damged it more than I was willing to pay for, but they did lay out costs ahead of time and were very clear about how much things would cost.They were fair in assessment costs, and in the event I need their services again, I will be coming back.

Had some accident damage that needed repaired. Those working there were friendly and professional. They estimated a timeframe for the work to be completed and they were right on. Received my car back in beautiful condition inside and out. They even gave us a complimentary wash which was fabulous!

This is my go to place for collision repair. I have taken my car there when someone hit me from behind and again for extensive hail damage repair. Staff is excellent, and my car was done when promised. And each time I picked it up, it was detailed and looked like new. I highly recommend them if you need damage repaired on your vehicle.

Didnt seem to wanna listen to what I had to say, got my 1st date wrong, had to wait longer, took about 2 weeks longer than their date they said, still came back wrong and not what it was before, parts missing, took it back, came back with parts damaged (body mounts) and missing, wouldnt fix other repairs, finally went to Great Plains Auto body and they treated me very well with fixing their mess and replacing things that they put the wrong things on.
