The girl in there rude as ever Would not help me So I try calling my daughter to help me and I never heard of you can talk pics or do a video with a adult child to see get help to pick something out I will not go there I’ve been to all the others and there was no problem at all and they did their best to help me

I stopped in and was browsing around and found two different items I liked, the first one they couldn’t even find but said they had one in the system but didn’t know where it was, spent 15 minutes trying to find it and gave up and said sorry 🤷🏼‍♀️, so I go with option two option which was originally a display box, well... two has no charger and the box said “70% charged” pulling it out of the box and it was dead so I called up and expressed that there was no charger and and was dead and was told that’s not our problem you’ll have to call the manufacturer, and there’s no returns.... highly highly disappointed I spent $88 dollars to have the item not have everything it’s supposed to and told it’s not there problem when they pulled the item out of the box for display.

Was sold a broken toy which is #3 for me from their store. Just had the worst run around on the phone about replacing my order. They had no problem taking my money but cant give me a working product. Didnt take it out the box and even check it to make sure it worked. I got home plugged in my body wand I purchased and it didnt even work...... Disappointed with romantixs toy quality, customer service, and online support. Will NOT be returning ever again.

Worst store I have been to. Rude doesnt even start to describe this place. I will never step foot in this store again until there crew get some customer service skills. The bald guy with a long beard is the worst of them all. Refused to sell me video head cleaner because I asked what flavors they had implied I was going to use it for other purposes than cleaning my vcr heads. Would not let me buy any other king even if I called them by name. Rude and I feel I was being targeted due to serial orientation. I cant say load enough to find your stuff elsewhere. This store has one of the best selections Ive seen. It is clean and well lit. The staff is professional but slightly less friendly (the Ames store staff is super friendly and professional but smaller selection) but not mean. Its more the store is so big and the clerks never really say much past welcome so it really can feel like youre on your own. That being said if you ask for help they are very willing so if you are just starting to explore your sexuality I definitely recommend this store.
