Great little store. We come in once a month for our dogs food. Its awesome that they know us well enough to pull out our frequent buyer punch card.

Have been a loyal customer for years, bought 4 pair of boots in the last 2 years, fill my propane tanks regularly and today I asked about getting my boots stretched. Young lady working was trying to be helpful as I was asking her questions,when the older lady started answering (with her back to me). Very rude answers and rude behavior. Will talk to the manager before I decide to shop there again

Poor customer service and the older gal that waited on me was very rude. I had purina coupons for feed and she questioned them. I actually had a letter and the original envelope but didnt bother wasting my time with her as she didnt care to listen anyway. I will not shop there again. There are far more places to purchase grain, boots etc with much friendlier service then this place.

They are great Western store, I hope they have a email or online for people that are not in Iowa

Nice selection of boots if your into western style, I was looking for a nice western work boot with safety toe, not many in my size at all.. Lots of non safety toe boots though. Now when i walked in seen two workers there, they looked at me and offered no greeting at all, just a look then look away.. After looking a while couldnt find anything to my liking due to the short selection of safety toe western style boots.. As I was heading out I said thanks anyway and received the very same look and look away as I did when coming in.. These kids need a lesson in customer service and respect. I wonder if bass pro shop knowd they reffered me to a lower level business. Anyway good ol tractor supply across the street offered me a hospitable greeting and a great pair of boots as always.
