The whole process of getting a phone has improved tremendously! I was lucky enough to have Lindsay working with me that particulars evening. She knew how to find everything I needed as quickly as possible. I used to dread all the time it took to upgrade. I know the whole electronic upgrade is a company thing, but if employees dont know how to navigate the system, it still takes a while. Lindsay just zipped through it all like a natural! All questions answered. Monthly phone service. Best phone service in 14 years. Works in all the areas I go into with in 600 miles of my home. East west. South. I am Not going North. Best priced I have had in 14 years.

Decent service for the most part, but I believe some staff needs better training. Some of the staff could not answer simple billing questions without calling the customer service number, which I couldve done myself. However, if Latika is working you will get exceptional service. She was very knowledgeable about the service, billing statements and products that are offered. I think the rest of the staff should be just as informed as she is!

I preface this with being a USCC customer for the last 10 years. It used to be great. I didnt mind going to the store because they took care of the customers. And I think the staff still do but the way USCC has done business has changed and it just isnt the same. But just this location has great staff that are willing to do what they can for their customers.
