Best place to go to get a phone I got a new phone from the help of Christian, Chris, and James. I would give 100 stars if I could. They were very helpful
I bought a t-mobile plan with two iphone 12s last night. James and Christian are very professional and fun salespeople. Although it took a long time to activate, only because of some very odd circumstances beyond their control, I highly recommend them. Even the IT guys that were called in were great.

I’ve had cellular coverage for a very long time now pretty much since it came out minus the VCR you put up to your ear. I was very unhappy with AT&T for a very long time. And just the other day when was the last I swore to myself I would ever associate with. I went to Sprint at this specific location to establish a new service new plan. Long story short from the moment of my first phone call to the day that I walked out with New service I felt like I was on the red carpet like it was all about me. They explain everything to you thoroughly and sometimes repeatedly but not too much just enough to you understand and make you feel like you’re part of the family so you want to good place to go to a good home feel someone that really actually wants to help you and cares about your business this is the location.
Dont go here.Unfortunately, I had dropped my Google Pixel 3 & the phone worked completely fine, but I didnt enjoy the glass shards in my thumb. I took it to Boost Mobile out of convenience as it is only a few blocks from my house and it was a horrible decision. I paid them over $200 on 3/2/20 to replace the screen, a job that they said would take 3-4 days to complete (this is including the 3-4 days of shipping time for the new screen). As I write this it is 4/17/2020, the screen is no longer shattered, however there are multiple new issues caused by the folks at Boost Mobile. The communication was poor and there was zero accountability taken for the janky new look of my phone. Their idea of making the situation right was giving a free charger (that I didnt need).
All the staff was super helpful & glad to help! They all made sure I got the best deal possible! This was the most enjoyable Sprint experience I have ever had!! I would absolutely recommend this store to friends & family! Liz, the store manager was fantastic!
All three representatives were super nice and helpful! A rude man came in just before me, they remained calm and polite even when that jerk started yelling at them before storming off. Huge kudos to those awesome workers, made my Sprint experience awesome!
If it wasn’t for Kyle this review would have been pretty bad. He saved the day and made our purchase of 2 phones, charging stations and a phone case the best experience we have ever had at ANY Sprint store! The day started out arriving for what we set up as an 11:00 appointment with the store manager. Found out the store manager wasn’t even coming into work today! Kyle jumped right in and was so helpful, polite, knowledgeable and THE BEST representative for Sprint that I have ever encountered in the plus 30 years we have been a Sprint customer. I will follow Kyle to whatever store he travels to but I sure hope he decides to stay at this store. Highly recommend this young man for all your future Sprint needs!

Walked in to upgrade our phone only 1 employee working. They had a Christmas tree up with candy canes. I have a six-year-old and a two-year-old they grab the candy cane off the tree and said look mommy candy cane. We told them not right now. The employee told my kids to put them back on the tree so harshly our 6 year old felt the need to apologize 3 times and our 2 year old cried. After he seen he made kids cry he tried to give them the candy we told him no thank you and left. Not cool.

I spent 5 hours in this store to get a phone upgrade. the two clerks spent more time popping jokes and talking among themselves then getting my simple task done. I love Sprint but will gladly dive out of my way to avoid this store

I would highly recommend this store if you have had bad customer service experience in the past or with sprints over the phone customer service. The store manager, Liz, worked her butt off for about four or five hours after customer service completely messed my lines up when trying to add a line and port a number over. She even opened an escalation for reimbursement for the time spent in store and without phone service. Great store with a great crew of employees!

Update: never had a bad experience till today. Girl working there, BRISA, ran my credit without notification or signed authorization. She told me she just needed some info to send me an email about switching plans. Then I got the news about the hard inquiry. I called customer service to get help. They would not remove the unauthorized inquiry. Im done with Sprint.

Every time I go there its an issue. The last one was we cant take cash has to be on a card. They are not a corporate store so there is some stuff they cant even help you with. Its better to just go to the 72nd street store. The onlyg reason they didnt get 1 star is the staff is very polite. Gun friendly business.

This is not a corporate store so they can not give you the best deals. The closest corporate store, which can match online pricing is in Omaha, I think 92nd and Dodge. Further because its a privately held reseller (like best buy mobile) the sprint brand is not exemplified. The employees I dealt with were painfully ill informed and unprofessional. The manager called his sales associate while on the toilet... Yes this is the type of service youll get.I gave an extra star because the benefit of a non corporate location is honesty. Because theyre not tied to the same standards of corporate store employees, youll discover ways to take advantage of loop holes.
The young men I there are personable, knowledgeable & do their best to help you.

Same horrible wireless company its always been. Overpriced devices, poor service/reception...roaming! ROAMING!!! Apparently, that is still a thing? Customer service agents are poorly educated at best, incompetent at worst. Time for Sprint to throw in the towel. Two thumbs way, way down.

A sad, but wonderful time going over to a non sliding smartphone while the people walked me through l.
I walked into the store and i was greeted by an employee looking at his phone. I told the employee what was wrong with my phone, he asked me if my phone was ensured. I told him yes and he asks to see my phone. He looked at my phone and identified the problem i had told him about (a sticky power button). He then told me he didnt have the tools to fix the problem and number of other reasons he couldnt do anything to help. Upon further back and forth conversation he then started to probe my phone for water damage or and physical damage. He arrived at a crack at the back of my phone and tells me i would have to go through a third party which would charge me $200. Upon further conversation i ask for his name (Rob) and leave. Rob was the most un helpful person ive dealt with in a very long time. It seemed to me from the moment I walked into the store that he was more preoccupied with his texting that helping me out and i felt that way throughout our interactions.
