Our kids needed a little pick me up(Cake pops yay!)The person who took our order was so friendly and gave my kids attention which they love*of courseTheir fav for the moment is the Dragon Fruit Refresher with Lemonade,not water.We got their drinks & their cake pops quickly,we were on our way in no time.Just nice to hear a pleasant voice & also see a smile when you pull up to the drive-thru window.Thank you!!!😊

The people who work here need better training!! They have NO idea how to make a drink. My drink was not made right and was 90% just ice!!! Terrible.

I don’t like giving bad reviews.But yesterday we went after shopping my family wanted to get Starbucks accidentally we came in the wrong direction but the barista yelled at us telling us “ you are coming in the wrong way” in a bad attitude we were the only people in line and there was no reason for her attitude

I was there about an hour ago and the woman helped her friend as they talked- I waited for 5 minutes in line (the only one in line) and was never greeted. I left. Bad!

The drinks are still quality but the service promised from an actual Starbucks (rather than a licensed store) is non existant. You cant just stop to go move merchandise from the back when you have 6 people waiting and 5 in line. Waited 10 minutes and only moved 2 people in line.

Great location. They were relatively fast about getting coffee to their customers on black Friday last year. Coffee is the best when you purchase from Starbucks.

The skinny want to be taylor swift got our order soooo wrong. & my drink was totally melted! Was not impressed! Deserves 0 stars for a 15min wait smh

Not a fan of Starbucks to begin with, but got frappacinos one day when out shopping and they seriously messed up my order and ignored me when I said it wasnt what I ordered. Also took a long time and the line wasnt even long, maybe 2-3 ppl.

Iced caramel cloud macchiato was 80 percent foam and the girls working were too busy talking smack about Angie to serve us.

Seating area wasnt clean. Only one person working and he seemed new. He was very nice and apologized for having to wait.

This Starbucks is open but you can’t get a coffee because the only person working is on “lunch break” .
