I wont even give them one star. Worst service Ive ever received. First, I didnt think it was the original color I chose. Second, after just two years it was worn out. We didnt pick cheap carpet either. They had someone come look at it, but said nothing could be done. I wouldnt recommend them to do an apartment, much less your house.

Prompt, friendly, experienced, knowledgable, local to me. Overall great experience. No work was done but they explained that I needed a GC before they could perform any work. I liked how they were upfront and discovered things that needed to be addressed. We will find a way to do business with this company in the future. Thanks Earl Franks and Sons for the honesty.

We had them come to our daughters house for floor repair. Her husband was deployed in the military. They came to her house for an estimate and consultant but never came back or followed up. Typical contractor.
