Weve used C& B Awards for years on a large bulk t-shirt order at our school. Ive always been impressed with the quality of the shirts and how easy it is to work with them. For Christmas this year I thought Id check out their apparel. I picked up a few tie dye sweatshirts for myself and my kids. I was super impressed with the vivid color and the quality of the sweatshirts. They have become favorite shirts of my kids as well.

I highly recommend this place if you need any trophies, awards, vinyl printing on shirts, or unique gifts. I went in yesterday to order trophies for my team and Mandy was VERY helpful. She was very patient as I had to wait for a phone call to finalize my order, she didnt mind waiting. I recommend C & B Awards to everyone!

I was disappointed by my experience with C & B. I ordered a small 1.5” x 3” engraved name plate (at a cost of ~$15), partially as a trial for a much more extensive order I have planned. Unfortunately, while the quality of the item was good, they failed to recognize that a number I provided was a phone number, and therefore omitted the typical hyphens used in a phone number format. When I pointed this out, the response was “well you watch me write it down!” Which is true. I did watch her write it down, first three numbers, then three more numbers, then the final fours numbers... which I believed the average person would recognize as a phone number. That said, apparently I should have not assumed the person taking my order recognized it as a phone, and they didn’t think to ask. Her mistake, my fault. However, given that it was such a small order (probably a $1 thin piece of metal), a customer service oriented business might have offered to make it right, and redo the name plate. Instead, I was told I could order another one “if I wanted.” I was not inclined to fork over another $15 to C & B (much less the bulk order I need), and will instead take my business somewhere else.

Writing this review because it wont let me respond to my original review. Me and my husband brought in a trophy for a repair and to add a name plate to it. They told us it would be 7 days until it was ready and they would call us to pick it up. After the 8th day we had to call to find out it was ready. The repair and addition was fine, but they could have at least wiped it down so it wasnt covered in fingerprints. The first staff member we talked too told us they would clean it up after the repair and the employee we picked it up from rudely told us they dont do cleaning. Hopefully this clarified my original review.

Helpful but do not work if you provide your own clothing. Youll have to purchase from them...

They did a nice job, but item not ready when they said it would be. They said the would call and didnt. Second estimate on when my job would be ready, not met either.

Did the bare minimum of what I asked.

SLOW, it took over a week for a tiny little name plate
