I went to this Kroger because it was near me but not my normal Kroger. I stopped in to pick up cup cakes for my sons birthday party at school. My son tasted one cup cake and stated the icing tasted like medicine....so of course they were returned. Over all whenever Ive stopped in this location I am able to run in and out never have to wait in line long which is great and customer service is good!

How thick? How much? Would you like papers? Anything else?- pull a number and be ready to answer. They are always busy. And mostly dead on.

I found everything I needed in a timely fashion the clerk had to help me in the u-scan aisle and she was very prompt she was polite and did what she needed to do and then went to help the next person so Id say it was a pretty good experience all the way around it didnt take me very long I purchased probably 25 items I dont mind going there I kind of like it its close to my home at that

I called to get help on getting a cake made for a baby revel and no one was in the bakery and the guy that answered the phone was very rude cut me off while I was talking. All i wanted to know was if they did pink or blue inside of cake. But I guess that was to hard to ask. Will not go thru this bakery again.

The staff for the most part are super friendly and helpful. The store isnt dirty or anything although the selection leaves you wanting for more, itll do the job. The Covington Kroger has basic produce, a deli, frozen pizza, and sells beer, it could be worse!Just make sure you pee before you go shopping because they dont offer public bathrooms, personally, I find this to be rather mean. But, Im sure there is a reason for it, maybe the bathrooms are haunted, BOO!Also be careful of where you pull your wedgies because there are cameras with creepy big brother monitors on them all over, but if your not stealing or paranoid, you should be fine.It would be nice to see this store get an update sooner rather than later, Covington deserves it.

At this deli you get to hook up your own BIG BOY salad your way plus they got all the fixens to hook up some subs. This here is my closest to home cooked Krogers rocks( ICON)

This location has the best sales and deals compared to other Krogers in the area. They have a smaller selection, and popular items tend to sell out fast.

Ilthe deli is good if your in a hurry. Krogers on Madison is very limited on most choices. Covington on Madison needs a new Krogers.

I really like the quality of meat and cheeses at Kroger. The people are always friendly. I had a glove issue at the Erlanger Kroger before. It was a long time ago. I like the Newport, Latonia, and Erlanger Kroger the best.

I use to work behind the deli counter so i kinda understand some of their frustration especially when there is only one person on shift juggling the slicers and the steam table all in all iv always had a good experience here in & out with friendly coustmer service

This Krogers location lives up to there well deserved reputation of having SUBSTANDARD stores in areas with less than effluent clientele. Compare this store to the one in Newport on less than 2 miles away, the exterior sign is the only similarity. I am appalled by this locally headquartered grocer charging more(i counted the milk, meat & produce as expensive at my location) with aggregate poorer customers. My local Walgreens, Family Dollar, Dollar General, Target, Aldis and CVS are of the same quality of every location I have shopped. Why does this store think it is alright to provide a lower quality product at a higher price to consumers it views as less worthy. I encourage those who care about social justice to frequent their local Krogers and be creative with social disobedience. You could accidentally drop some eggs, milk or fresh fish accidentally bump it under a shelf. Just do your best sweetie.

I been going to this Kroger for the past 6 years and it seem to get worse as years go by. The people that work customer service are the most rudest people I have ever seen think theyre better than anybody and treat their employees and customers horribly. People that work behind delhi will just let you stand there and ignore you while you wait . Pharmacy employees rude and ghetto as hell. Store is horrible. I rather drive the extra mile and spend the gas to drive over to Newport Ky Kroger and the Latonia ky Kroger for better Customer Service. The only nice cashiers are Steve, Betty, and Amie they always smile and are very kind.

Well. Its in a slummy area, its a bit run down, there are some odd folks that hang around there, and theres usually a cop on duty. So that tells you something right there. Also. Their shopping carts are sitting on misc sidewalks all throughout covington. The front wheel is supposed to lock if you attempt to take it off the property, but people keep pushing them anyway. That makes for carts having a worn down wheel, which is annoying to use while navigating the store.
