Great, clean new storage place. Cameras and gate for security. Great people working there as well. Dont forget to ask for a pass on hours if you are a business or need access to your storage unit after gate hours. Overall great place.

Mark was pretty nice. I hope I got his name right. However I wish I had a option of my own liability so I can just have a monthly rate of my online price. Other than that very quick and efficient.

I was told I had a fixed price for the first year and within 3 months they raised my price and have raised prices consistently every 3-4 months for the first year. I called the first time they raised my price and they told me I was never told that and I was lying. Should have moved out at that point. Now exactly a year later my original price was $109 per month supposed to be for first year raised it twice and now I’m at $143 now 1 year raising to $172 !!! Completely unacceptable. Canceling and moving out my stuff may 16th. Do not expect this company to tell the truth....

Mark was absolutely great to work with as he showed us a few different available units that varied in size. Once we made our selection he then answered all questions we had regarding the safety and protection of our items in the unit. Finally once we had signed our lease he then explained what precautions they are already taking because of Covid and what future precautions they will be taking. It was an overall great experience.

As a walk in customer Mark greeted me as soon as I entered. He was kind, easy to talk to, and extremely professional. I was shown a few units and all were very clean. The whole establishment was clean and orderly. The storage units are very secure. You go through a gate by using your code. They also offer locks for sale if you do not own your own. My entire experience with them was more than exceptional. Super happy customer here.

Just be aware that the price goes up CONSTANTLY. It is cheap the first month and once you are in you are kind of stuck if you have no place to store the stuff.

I used the booking feature on the website to reserve a storage unit, at an online discounted price. Carol called within five minutes to confirm the reservation, and inform me of the sign-up process. Once I arrived at the facility she showed me the exact unit I would have, and explained my options for other units available if I needed a different size. The final sign-up process was quick and easy, and I was able to load items into the unit immediately after. Great service, and very clean units. The facility appears to be very well maintained.

I had an excellent experience with this establishment! The employees were very friendly and helpful. This was my first time using a rental unit and they made it very easy and they also gave me several great tips. I really appreciated all of their help. They have great prices and they offer a free rental truck. I recommend extra space storage to anyone who needs a little extra space at home or just someone in between permanent homes.

I was very pleased with Mark the representative, I got great customer service, he answered all my questions and guided me to my best solution.

Omar provided excellent customer service. The only down side is the company policy for requesting a refund it could take 4-6 before issuing it via check to be mailed to your home. That is something they should notify the customer and list in the contract.

Very clean, bright, and organized facility. Secure entry and lighting. There is one problem...the staff continually parks there cars in the designated disabled unloading space blocking the access ramp to the walkway leading to the office. This may not be significant or even noticeable to most customers, but those who use wheelchairs or any assistive device depend on that extra space and ramped access. So I hope they would consider parking their vehicles in a place that all of their customers can have easy access to the office.
