Midas in midlothian, cant talk for any other Midas,we have been dealing with midlothian the last 30 years,great guys,very trustworthy trust them over car dealers that hold our warranties and if they cant do the job for any reason,they will not charge you!

I was referred to this Midas from a coworker & she told me how awesome the G.M. John is when it comes down to business. Let me tell you, my first time meeting this guy ever was today & he volunteered to make me coffee & MADE IT GREAT!!! Definitely beyond impressed with that. Also his mechanics did a great diagnostic with my vehicle, everything that came up wrong they told & showed John Then Told me & let me go in and showed me what was wrong under the hood. Great clean shop with great service.

Jake and his mechanics were very professional. I came in for an oil change and they fit me in with no problem. Midas in Crestwood is definitely excellent in service.

I have been to this establishment twice and they have been great. Reasonably priced and very professional. I highly recommend! I enjoyed the way they showed me the problem and we came to a conclusion together. Very nice to see especially being a female who often times brings in her car independently.

From the very start...I called, set up an appointment with Jamil.He was friendly, thoughtful, and acomadating.Upon arrival, I was greeted by Jamil.Moments later he took my keys and performed my service while Troy registered me.In conversation with Troy, I learned about the history of this family business.Troy was also courteous, polite, and very helpful.Before I realized it, my car was parked right outside the door.Jamil returned the keys to me.Troy rang me up and helped me set up an appointment for my other car.I could not have left happier.From the time I drove into the lot to the time I exited the lot was less than 30 minutes.Great Service overall.Will return.Highly recommend.

WORST place ever. Stay away!Please allow me to elaborate.Four oil changes in a row my oil continued to leak from the oil filter and they continue to use the same filter afternoon the circumstance each and every time. By the grace of God, my engine didnt lock up on me cuz I didnt have a drop of oil in my car when I checked it two days after my oil change. Ive been going there for years but clearly my money for presence was not warranted.

I took my car in for the 2nd back end exhaust to be worked on and Jake was kind enough to give me a ride home while the tech worked on my car. Good timing on the work and Jake picked me up when my car was finished. Fantastic job to the tech, Jake and Midas as well. Thanks again. Maria

Jake and Tom really helped me out today. I worked with Jake before and I came back he has a good sense of urgency working with me. Tom I met today made sure everything was set and good and I was glad for all the help they had with me today. This is the best Midas in the south suburbs to me I went to tinley park Midas and thought I was good and now I’m feel better at crest wood they greet you with a warm welcome like it’s your home

Ive brought my vehicles to this Midas location for a few years now and always have a positive experience. From making an appointment, consulting about my repair work, and sitting in the waiting area, I am made to feel welcome and appreciated.

Grateful to have stumbled upon Midas in Crestwood. Unfortunately, it can be difficult to find repair shops that are trustworthy. I have had great experiences both times I brought my car in for service and, most importantly, I did not feel talked down to or that they were trying to get one over on me, which I sadly have experienced at other shops. I would highly recommend John and his team!

Work was efficient and done in a timely manner

My family and I have been bringing our vehicles here for many years (even since I started driving over 20 years ago) and have nothing but good things to say about them. There have been times they could have easily said we needed more work done to get more money out of us, but we have come to see how honest they really are. They work fast and there have been many instances where they call me with an estimate and Im shocked at how low the prices are. The people there have always been very nice, friendly, and helpful. We even received a text a couple days after we had our car in just to check on it and make sure everything was still working good and to our satisfaction. I highly recommend them!

Had an oil change Yesterday the crew was very fast, and nice. Especially the manager he was funny and offered my son some water, I thought that was very cute.The price for an oil change beats others in the area.If you are looking for good work, great atmosphere and affordable prices check out this place.😊

John and his crew at this Midas location have worked on my car numerous times for various different reasons! I have been able to count on them to fix my car quickly and to do a wonderful job. Most recently, I was able to tow the car in from a minor accident on a Friday morning and by Friday afternoon were able to drive it back home. For the price, you’re getting reliable and hard work. I will always go to these guys! They may not know me by name, but they know my car when I remind them. “Hey it’s alicia with the 2005 cobalt that won’t quit...” I love them there. Thanks guys!!!!

I mad my appointment for 4:30 pm today. I actually got there a little after 4:00 pm. As I walked through the door, I was greeted by name and my car was immediately taken in for the scheduled oil change.I was not in there more than 20 minutes when I looked up and saw my car pulling up to the door. Wow. I know that today, they were not that busy and that explains the fast service. I have been other places and they just seem to drag service out for no reason. They will get more of my business.

I understand that u need an appointment for oil change but I have never had a problem till now walking in and getting my oil change without an appointment at the crestwood midas. They lost a very good customer been going there for a while will be look for another place to get my oil change.

Rob did an excellent job with my Camry got everything done in just a day to great midas Ill be back again next time i need service on my car. Mechanics here do an awesome job and they are flexible on pricing even with labor and parts.

I will never return to this location for any services..Mechanic was rude, very nasty and he did not act as if he was at work..When I spoke with manager I then understood why his worker was so unprofessional. Personally I felt discriminated against because I was black...So I will never support this business and I am making sure I make as many my social media followers share this story..only reason I gave one star is because I wasnt able to post this unless I did.

I’ve been going to Midas for over 15 years. I have a 2007 Chevy Equinox that has been taken care of by this crew! I have over 230,000 miles and it’s still going strong. I recommend This location to all my friends and family and we all count on them.One problem I had with my Equinox was a gas smell. Sure they could have replaced my gas tank and I would let them, but they did some research and told me that there’s a recall on it and it would probably be covered by the dealership, and it was!!! I know of other repair shops that would have wanted to replace it.Thanks Midas in Crestwood for taking care of me and always treating me like family!!Pat Hayes

John is the most polite man Ive come across in auto repair. Ive never had more than an oil change done here, so cant really speak to the quality of the work on more complicated jobs, but I can say Ive never had a negative expirience. Price seems below others in the area, which also helps. Ill keep going back.

Have been coming here for years now - they seem to be the only trustworthy mechanic shop around, even after moving to Mokena, I still drive out to Crestwood anytime my car needs work done.. went to some place in Frankfort close to home.. never again, sticking with this shop.. always.

I took my 2007 Caliber to Midas in Crestwood, IL for a simple oil change and tire rotation advertised on tv for $19.99. Troy and Rob tried to sell me a $139 tire/air sensor, they claimed was damage and would not hold air in the tire. I commented that it must have been damaged during tire rotation and Rob entered that on the receipt. They did not mention any other car issues to me and none was noted on receipt. Within one hour began to hear loud rattling noise in, around or under my engine. It sound like a metal object was banging around. I am suspicious that something was intentionally dropped in the top of my engine head. I reported the matter, which is pending resolution. Beware of the cheap oil change ads, which could cost you an engine.Disgrunted Customer

Phenomenal auto repair shop do great work

Took nissan sentra for simple oil change (took an hour) from when it got put up on a lift and back down. come out with a nice, almost growling from the engine when i accelerate. that wasnt there before i took the car in. I also asked for them to just take a look at the front end to see what a rattling is. They tried to tell me it was the struts(brand new last year) coming to obviously see it was just a heat shield loose. Back last year i also took a 2007 mazda 3 in for them to just take a look and do a simple oil change. Just a day or so later, transmission issues. Endless and endless transmission issues. Transmission control module screwing up. Automatic transaxle problems. Also tried to say my 0xygen sensor was not working(bought and put in a week before personally) Definitely would not reccomend going here.

I had to get my brakes done, and I forgot to ask them to do my oil change as well. I brought it up to them when I came to pick it up, and they brought it in right away and then gave it to me on the house :)Thanks guys!

I am starting to become leary of Midas in general now. Between the one in Oak Lawn that installed crappy brakes and a botched oil change last year on my previous car, to the Tinley Park location that gave me a flat tire during a test drive (thanks Discount Tire for your free fixer....cause Tinley was for sure gonna pay for it) now to this one in Crestwood who claimed on my newer car had a torn oil valve and that I should take it back to my dealer for them to fix. Went to the dealer all last minute, which is hard to do, only for them to tell (and show me) nothing was wrong. That was a waste of 3hrs on my day off. I (for now at least) will still give Orland Park and Homewood my business, but be cautious when going here. They do have prices slightly cheaper than the competition, but it may not always be a good thing.

Wont go back ever! Walked in and walked out! Guy at the computer was rude! Asked what I needed told him an oil change rudely asked when I was looking to do it I replied now told me there was a 3-4 hr wait for an oil change. The longest Ive ever been told for a oil change. All as he never took his eye off his computer.

Horrible customer service, the worker John an older white male, was extremely rude and refused me as a customer. Corporate has informed me that they have taken care of that rude behavior. Will never go to this location again!
