Bad Experience! I Waited Almost 4hrs. Just For A Tire Repair Until The Manager Ryan Got Involved Soo Sad There Should Be Bays For Repairs For Walk- Ins And Bays For Appointments. Kenon Did A Fantastic Job On My Tire Fast And Friendly He And The Manager Made Me Feel Very Comfortable And Was Very Concerned About My Wait Time.

Discount Tire definitely has the best customer service of any tire store Ive ever been to! I plan to buy a set of four tires there very soon after comparing prices! Discount Tires has a nice little air station and they will check your tires free of charge whether you buy your tires there or not! I have always been pleased with my purchases there and I will continue doing business with the crust with location as they have a very friendly manager and a very friendly staff. I would recommend this to friends.

Service was excellent here.Unfortunately theyre about to close.They put air in the tires quick.Construction season, I see theyre all busy.I spotted another screw.Slow leak. I can hold up till Monday.The alert just went off moments before is what brought me here

Every single employee that I interacted with was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I was treated with respect and a professional attitude. I’ve been driving around all morning looking for a place to fix or replace a tire on my car. No one would see me without an appointment and the places that didn’t require an appointment didn’t have my tire in stock or the staff on hand to do the work. Very frustrating! But when I pulled into this Discount Tire location, I was greeted by the FRIENDLIEST man who made me immediately feel at ease. I was in and out with a new tire in 30 minutes! I will definitely come back when I have tire issues. This place is the bomb!

The workers were polite and pleasant to talk to. I had a low tire indicator and I was not pressured into buying a new tire rather when I bought the PSI up on the dash we agreed that it was the change in the weather. They put a little air in each tire and it had been fine since. I was there maybe 1hr. & 15min.

Its amazing that they take walkins and do minor tire repairs/ offer air refills for free. I cant imagine how many working class people have avoided costly rim repairs or made it to work on time thanks to them. I love seeing mutual aid in the community. I had to bring my moms car in for a nail today and Anthony was very nice and helpful.

Stopped by fire a tire pressure check after 3000 miles. They found a screw in my tire and replaced it on the spot!P.S. Buy the warrantee! less than $50 bucks and 45 minutes and I was back on the road! Well worth the investment!

I went there without an appointment because a nail was stuck in my tire. I interacted with three employees and they were all courteous, polite, and attended to my tire quickly. I also have to say this was one of the cleanest shops I have been at. I would not hesitate to return.

6 men by registers. 2 were talking having funny moments . I left. They called 24 Minutes later . So I got a quote over the phone 2 tires. 180 $ for one tire. Amazon. 2 tires for 145 $ so much for discount.

Long wait, and extremely unprofessional staff.After waiting 2 1/2 hours for my vehicle, I’m back at another discount tire to fix what they claimed was fixed! Ya these uneducated mouth breathers installed a tire improperly on my girlfriends car, tire came off the rim the next day while she was doing 70mph on the expressway. She lost control of the car and crashed head on into the barrier. Almost killing her. Oh ya and shes 7 months pregnant. I filed a claim but cant even get a call back now. Scumbags

I visited this place today for new tires. Oscar assisted me and I couldnt be happier. He set me up with a great set of tires. One of my sensors was determined to be broken and Oscar was quick on his feet to help take care of it. I would definitely recommend this place.

Purchased tire last year for the van. This was a follow up visit because Van was flashing low air in tire. There was a line of cars, but they filled to proper amount and sent me on my way. They were nice, and personable. The line did move along, but I didnt feel rushed. It seems the cold weather effected the air pressure in a lot of tires today.

Hope this helps someone else. My day began poorly and went quickly downhill. A tire picked up a screw and of course it was near the tire wall. Not an inch away. Tires had about 12k miles. We bought the car used and found the bill for tires the previous owner put on right before selling. I have no idea why he put Ice rated winter tires on but he did. Too many details? Well listen! 3 tire joints said no fix.. and dont have that kind of tire local and all 3 found the last few remaining in Denver ! That replace tire was going to take a week to fix and $250 dollars or buy a full set of some other type for $850. Yikes !!!Last stop Discount Tires where I met Kenton Collins. My new best friend.Thats what you call people who treat you the way Kenton treated me ! He saw me struggling carrying the flat and hurried to take it.. said promptly I needed a new tire and went into a very informed presentation as to why complete with diagram and safety concerns. Said he could see very low miles and asked if I wanted to replace it with an exact match ! Well..YES ! You have one????Very hard for me to believe its an exact match I responded.Wait here he said.And two minutes later he brought the exact tire to me so I could compare ! Ill take it! I said when can I pick this up?? He replied..(R U ready???) Do you have 10 min? WHAT?This young man went into the shop and helped his guys do a quick mount and balance and done..10min.. and for a lot less than the week delivery from the others !!There was no one behind me in line so that was a coincidence.But between Discount Tires inventory and this wonderfully engaging and competent young man.. I will be advising all my friends and family how I was treated ! Thank you Kenton Collins !!!

I visited this particular Discount Tires location on Friday, February 26th, around 6:30pm. I requested an air pressure check for my tires at the urgence of my boyfriend. In less than ten minutes after giving the attendant a three dollar tip . I gazed at my dashboard noticing that the preassure in my left rear tire was reducing drastically right before my eyes . I returned to their service site and after a brief dialogue with employee during which he confirmed that no visible corruption to the surface level treads of the tire was notable. I purchased a new rire and requestsd that the repair-technician do a closer check to confirm what had occurred with the tire to cause this drastic lose of peassure. So poor at managing, customer service geievances, were the staffers at this site that I was simply left to purchase tire with no resolution regarding the fact that all four of my tires were appropriately inflated before the attendant did his preassure correction. Warning to everyone... If you get your tire preassure checked at this location, be sure to document the preassures before and after. Take a photo with your phone so that you have proof that your tires are fully inflated or you might have the sane experience I did.

Had a appointment waited for an hour or more for them to say they don’t have the tire I ordered in stock. When they should have checked before I came up there. Then had to go to the one In oak lawn and wait for four hours because they had the tires but I had to be put down as a walk in. They need better service. I should have gotten a discount or something. That is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

After sliding all the way home on the day that we got the 1st real snow in illinois, i decided that I had to and COULD NOT wait any longer for new tires!! I asked a friend and he recommended them. I prayed about it and another friend mentioned them. So I went after going online looking for deals and reviews. The service person that took my order...I think his name was Kenton, was very knowledgeable and kind. Even tho I didnt want to spend close to a thousand dollars on 4 tires, I got a great warranty and tires should be good for awhile! The guys that installed the tires, while I sat in my car were good as well. I got there around 4ish and was done with everything by 6ish....not bad, with the questions that I had and just walking in. They seemed to be busy, but handling it! I do feel better on the road with new tires and my tires isnt wobbling anymore!

I would immediately like to thank Luis for his help today. I called ahead and spoke to Damien(not sure if that’s how you spell it) and briefly told him I needed to swap a tire out. He explained to me what I could expect price wise. I ended up coming into discount tire and was greeted by Luis. After working an 18 hour day, I was exhausted, and the last thing I wanted to do was get my tire fixed. But obviously I needed to swap a tire and possibly get a new one as well. Luis helped me with zero issues. He explained everything and even mentioned the specific tire I needed had to be shipped to the store, either the same day or the next. Luis, even tho it was passed the time for express shipping- managed to get my tire delivered to the store within 20 minutes of hanging up. Not only was Luis great, the staff that assembled my two tires onto my vehicle were methodical, careful and attentive. I can absolutely say they just earned a new customer. I have always been skeptical about tire shops- but this one changed the game for me. Thank you to the Crestwood discount tire, the team you have there is outstanding. I’d like to once again thank Luis for being so patient with me, I was practically falling asleep while in line and he couldn’t have been more approachable.

I have always found them to have great customer service. Now with the Pandemic, they have been able to maintain the level of customer service im use to. Difference is you make an appointment and it didnt take that long to repair my tire. I appreciate the organization for our health.

They had me make a 115 appt when I went in the a.m.. Showed up at 1:07 and waited 35 more minutes. Were unable to fix my tire and didnt have mine in stock. Good place, but a lot of time spent today to not get things done.

2/5/2020 My husband and I stopped because on our way home in the snow at 6:30pm our low tire pressure light came on and I had to work the next morning at 6am. The guys at the shop were still working even though they closed at 6 and opened the door for us and told us to pull up to the garage door and filled our tires. We just want to say thank you again, Excellent Customer Service! You all deserve a raise.

Have always had best prices and excellent customers service. Get the tire warranty. I know it cost more but it saved me when two tires on our H2 Hummer went bad. They replaced both tires with new ones. The tires run over $300 each. My cost was to purchase new warranty certificates for each tire which was approximately $40 a tire. So for around $80, I got two new tires.
