Pleasant staff. Almost always well stocked.clean store. I go in for 5 things and buy 10. The nature of the beast!

I have noticed that when I check out that the cashier had an open can of coke with a receipt at her station. This same cashier put my sponges to the side and not in a bag. I waited until the transaction was complete before pointing out my sponges were not in a bag. She said she was trying to organize but if the coke can was not in her way she would not have had to put it to the side. She did this before with a roll of yarn. So make sure you count your items and watch the cashiers carefully

If you live on the southwest side of Chicagoland, I feel like this is a flagship store. They have an incredible variety and a lot of items that I have not seen at my local Dollar Tree stores.

Dollar Tree Store #662 is Always Well Stocked Great place to shop & the employees are Always Nice I was Just there today 5/4/2021 & the Lady employees are oh So Helpful sweet & kind & I Thank God there is a place to Lock MY Bike out of the Rain in front of the store while I Shop for Great Deals & the temperature of the Inside of the Store was perfect though the Front entrance doors on the Right need to be serviced & programmed I was going to adjust the electronic control for the automatic doors though thats not my Job though I am sure their Service Company will take care of that : ) & the Lady EVELYN she One Good Looking Lady

I was able to find the items I needed for my DIY project. The lines were a bit long but the staff was friendly. Great store to go to if your local Dollar Tree is low on items you need.

Mornings are the worst in this store early am, there is always a line almost to the back of there store: one cashier who never calls for back up unless asked to. Several employees are on the floor and I have to and ask someone to come up. This has happened more than I care to endure weekly. Come on! They have to do better, people are trying to get to work.

Was good service not really busy

This dollar tree’s customers service is terrible, the appearance is clean and organized. It was one line that was moving extremely slow. Another line opened and the cashier ( which was the manager the whole time) said register #1 open. Immediately a lady at the very end of the line I was in, rushed over. It was three ppl ahead of me, and three ppl behind me. I simply asked “Kartiva” ( Supposedly manager ) why wouldn’t she call over the next person in line? We have been standing here for a long period of time. It would’ve be only right to call the next person up. She looked at me, didn’t say anything and began ringing up the customer that rushed over. All of a sudden, the line I was in, “Faith” the cashier ( which doesn’t have any professionalism at all and who isn’t even a manager) rudely started speaking to me, saying “that’s not how we do it in here”. First off; I wasn’t even speaking to her, and secondly she isn’t even a manager. She was literally debated with me. She is not properly trained to deal with the public. SHE NEEDS TO BE RETRAINING OR FIND A JOB WHERE SHE IS NOT WORKING WITH PAYING CONSUMERS. “Kartiva” which is the manager and don’t say anything or intervene and speak to her employee about speaking rudely or being debatable. She told me I was banned for ever coming there again, as if it isn’t a dollar tree on every corner lol but she Needs to be demoted because clearly the cashiers can do and say anything. RESTAFF AND GET ALL NEW PPL!

One of the larger stores. Most items I needed were temporarily out of stock, guess the smarter shoppers got there earlier. Store was clean, employees were doing their best to keep stock organized. Plenty of balloons, crafts, and spring party items in stock.

Love their greeting cards and the price .50 cents each.

Some employees much nicer than others. I met a wonderful lady but forgot to get her name!!! She went into the back of the store to get me something I needed. Ive never had anyone at Dollar tree do that before!!

I love & hate this store. You know how you go in there for 1 or 2 items and you shuffle out of there with 4 plastic bags of nonsense quietly telling yourself in your mind you need all of this stuff and it only cost a dollar! As you drive home youre wondering why you keep buying corn nuts and candles again and again as you realize you forgot to buy those batteries and bathroom cleaner. It just might be time to join a 12 step program, because help cant come soon enough!🛒

Best dollar tree in the area!

The place is stocked, however there is always a long line. It takes time to checkout here! So if you dont have a bunch of time dont stop at this one!!

5 stars for Sierra the cashier, but the store overall was like empty!! Guessing they didnt get their truck yet!!!!

I went dollar to return items that I cant use that was purchased 2 months ago for birthday. I did have a receipt, but I asked if could swipe for other items. SHE said no you need a receipt. I dont want my money back just want to swipe it for other items it was only 2 items. Went to another store and they serviced me with no problems. The store was on 127th off Ashland. Sorry I believe the store Clerk in Crestwood is Prejude. I had on my work uniform which is scrub she should have know I was not trying anything stupid. She needs a reality check.

Found everything I needed and some

I ordered something on July 19 that was supposed to be delivered on July 28th to the Crestwood IL store. Here it is the 31st and I’m in the store trying to see if it’s here. The customer service by the store manager is AWFUL!!!! She should not have a job in customer service. Fortunately, my package was here but I will never have anything shipped here again and I will never shop in store. Get friendlier managers!!

Well unsure why Im reviewing but its nice to have a place you can swing in & out of quickly & get what you need at the best possible price. Sometimes you can get things that are vastly higher at other stores after holidays. And yes, I can understand it might be frustrating to wait in line weekends. I avoid then. And yes, the lines are totally random. Like most stores they can be really long lines or none at all. Im not sure they flow with that here.. its true,.you can wait far too long (as they dont bother to open up a new lane when they should) but overall, its convenient & works for me. As for workers too, some are amaaaazing & one or two, pitiful. But really folks, its the DOLLAR store. Surely they arent making much dough, so be KIND, its not fun work!

This is my favorite dollar store location. They usually are well stocked and I haven’t received bad service at check out. I didn’t give five stars because they often run out of carts and if people don’t have to hold things in their hand then they buy more and the company makes more.

It was ok it wasnt crowded and we got what we needed. Due to the pandemic there wasnt a line outside either.

Worse customer service ever here the employees wanna get physical with the customers!!!!!! especially the fat old lady and the blond lady !!!!!!they decided to yell at my child not to run but he was walking I was right next to him and I just hear them yelling “ no running !!!”so I addressed them both asking them who is running not my child. They answered “it’s just as a precaution because all the parents that come in there let their kids do what ever.” I told them they needed to speak to the parents directly when they see a child doing something wrong but in this case they spoke to the wrong one!They had no name tags on and on their phones the store was mess with expired open products THIS LOCATION NEEDS UPPER MANAGEMENT IN THERE!!!!

I was in dollar tree yesterday 2/26/2018 morning and I and I made a $3.30 purchase with a brand new $100 bill and the sales associate named Tina look at my Bill for 5 minutes as if it was fake when she knew good and well that the bill was indeed authentic yet she proceeded to take my money off the sales for to the back in which the authenticity of my hard earned money could have been fraudulently compromised !!! By that time I remain calm and didnt make a scene but Im highly insulted and pissed!!! First & foremost as a sales associate who is in charge of any transactions should be trained that A CUSTOMERS MONEY NEVER LEAVES THE FLOOR!!! Secondly, from the moment I step to the register to pay felt a very bad presence from her and do believe I was discriminated against her actions and body said she had a problem although Im FULLY aware that Bills are supposed to be checked I doubt if its done for all customers it just so happened I was looking like a bum that morning NEVER judge a book by its cover you because you never know who you have a pleasure of being in the presence of I could have been someone regional sent out to check of the quality of the store performance and customer service and if I was .....Well they would get an F in customer service quality one bad apple will ruin you

One of the biggest and best Dollar Trees in this area. Very clean and well stocked. Has a large variety of items, from cleaning items to snacks. Need more cashiers though.

The store is clean and organized, Customer Service is Terrible, actually its only one individual that Ive experienced with a terrible attitude and she always seems agitated. Never says hello back, her agitation shows on her face when you ask her for help. Just doesnt feel like a welcoming environment. I experience her presence very frequently because shes there more than the other employees. She is the only employee with Braids.

I went in for a gift bag and some tissue paper. I had to ask the employee for I wanted help with twice to get her attention from a foot away because she was clearly mentally somewhere else. They were out of tissue paper on the shelf and were restocking. When I asked her about it, she pointed to the box as though I could break it open and get it out myself. It wasnt until I gave her a look that clearly said how on earth am I supposed to open that that she even bothered to open it and give me some. The cashier was incredibly friendly and nice though, she even helped me decide on a color of tissue paper to match my bag best.

Friendly and wonderful! They worked in this blizzard and not a single one of the associates had an irritable attitude. Bravo and God bless them all!!!

I went in for some items and I found some of the items that I wanted however the lines are long theyre especially on a Saturday. But one thing I can say about this Dollar tree inside they were stocking I dont know if Saturday when all the Dollar trees get stock but today the freezer part was filled and everything else was.

This is a HUGE DT with a great selection! It can get crowded and lines get backed up, but to me its worth it. Cashiers are friendly and fast. One of the best DTs Ive been to.

The checkout employees at this store are always friendly . We, the customers, sometimes chat with strangers waiting in line talking about our bargains we purchased.I like the fact that the stores get many new items . We also like that we can get items we have liked and do repeat buying of them.

More items in stock than other stores. Tinley Stores shelves seem to be empty everytime I need something. Never find that at Crestwood location. Always well stocked. And they have enuf cashiers. Tinley Store lines are always very long & frustrating.

I have to admit this Dollar Tree is big and I consider it one of the best. I always receive good service and they have quality items.

I receive an email to pick up my online order, I get to the store speak to an employee/manager I guess and she tells me that I cant pick up my online order for another 3 hours. What kind of BS is that!!! Then she proceeds to tell me that they didnt send me an email. She refused to look at my phone so I could show her that an email was sent for me to pick my item up. I have been to this dollar store more times than I can count and every employee in that place is a STROKE. I literally dread coming to this Crestwood Dollar Tree location, I would rather go to the Dollar Tree in Robbins.

They are big with a lot of things but I would prefer they better as dallor tree deals you get more options.

Super rude staff will never be coming back here again i didn’t know where the bubble bath was so I asked a lady who was stalking the shelves she proceeded to yell at me about where it was and when I told her I couldn’t find it and she rudely interrupts me telling me “ well then we must be out” so I walked away from her to go ask someone else and this lady had the nerve to roll her eyes at me just for asking her to show me If you don’t like your job then go work somewhere else !
