I absolutely love this location. The employees are very friendly and professional and the wait times are much shorter than those of other UPS stores. Ive been to this location over 5 times and every time has been extremely pleasant. I love that I can usually be in and out within just a few minutes. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know.

I used to love this place and the customer service was great. Just went in and they charged me $1.00 per bag for tape! I will never be back. What a ripoff.

My husband went to ship me important documents. He told the clerk he was shipping important papers to his wife while she was working in New Jersey. The clerk said the address provided was not in their database but she had found one that was so my husband said ok. The address she changed it to was in North Carolina! Would anyone with common sense think a customer who specifically stated where they were sending their shipment wants it changed to an address in a different state!What horrible customer service! My husband didnt have his glasses and didnt realize she had changed it from NJ to NC. He paid for next day air and the package was sent to North Carolina and lost! All as a result of the incompetence of this employee. He spoke to the manager, Sam Faulkner, who basically stated that the owner would never refund or help fix the problem because he absolutely doesnt care about customer service so there was no point and not to expect anything. If you know the owner of this store please post their name and any other businesses they own. I want to boycott them all and encourage everyone I know to do the same.

Friendly employees. However, neither had masks on and weren’t socially distancing. Neither have masks on made me feel uncomfortable as a customer, especially since their signage asks customers to stay socially distanced and recommends face coverings.

This is my favorite UPS store. Jamie and Sydney are the best! I was in here a few days ago and they were having problems with their phone so they were courteous enough to give me their personal cell phone numbers! Now I am back again today with another problem with an Amazon purchase. Such customer service and professionalism plus kindness, smiles and jokes. I highly recommend this store. In fact, this is the only UPS store I use.

For the first time I decided to mail an international package with UPS. I paid insurance for my package because it had quite value to it. Now my package is sitting at a UPS warehouse in Mexico thats the equivalent of two states away from my loved one! Called UPS Corporate who instructed me to go to the franchise location on Watson to request reimbursement and the owner, of course, refers me back to corporate. Just today called corporate again who will investigate and get back to me Monday. I expressed my concerns and dislike of the fact that my UPS Watson location is just a franchise who obviously gives a big enterprise like UPS a bad reputation.

Please take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. I have had a box at this location for well over 10 years, and have enjoyed nothing but friendly, professional service from Byron and his staff, and Sarah & Bob before them. This is where I get my mail & send my packages, and if I need copies, printing, or moving boxes they have those, too.(The fact that theyre also located on historic Route 66 is just an added bonus!)

No customer service or desire to assist in resolving store issues ie : a refund for a missing package. I have been in the store requesting a refund three times.They kept giving the same answer even after Customer service UPS gave me instructions on refund policy and stated if youl have a problem then have them call UPS while u wait .They refused to make the call. I requested and spoke to the owner who could have cared less he stated he would look into it the next day. I guess thats nice after i have been in the store three times,called UPS three times and finally a UPS manager called them and instructed them to give a refund. I am still waiting. I have been working on this refund for 6 weeks with unresponsive, uncaring, unknowable employees and unhelpful owner.The owner needs a different business. I strongly recommend the US post office or Fed EX. before I would use this UPS

Never coming back here again. I ordered a plastic buttstock for my rifle online and it was delivered to my home by UPS. It was the wrong size. I took it to this UPS with a return label. The lady working told me that it is illegal to ship firearms. I told her that this was just a piece of plastic and had nothing to do with the mechanics of a firearm. She still refused. I informed her that it was shipped to me by UPS. She disagreed, I dont know how thats possible. I asked for a manager, she said I am the owner, now please leave. This is lady doesnt know what shes doing and is very rude.

Horrible new owner, used to love this store. Brought in a knit top, packaged in original box, to be returned to Dillards. Paid and left. Was notified by Dillards a couple weeks later, that package I had sent, with ups tracking number I had on my receipt was washcloths that should be returned to JC Penney. Called owner to complain because clearly the label they printed to Dillards for my package was put on another customers package and who knows where my top was sent. Owner was rude. Acted like I brought in JC Penney stuff and sent it to Dillards because somehow i thought I would get reimbursement for a knit top I never bought.....He told me he would call me back after he investigated. You guessed it. Four days later no call.

Everytime I need to ship something UPS I go to this store. The owner is incredibly friendly, polite and professional. Ive never had the slightest bad experience at this location and would recommend it to anyone.

Terrible custom service !!! My daughter mailed a package to her husband in Japan on a military base and the staff did not tell her that they do not deliver to military bases. So one month later he still has not gotten his package during his deployment and we have not gotten it back either. The manager and the owner are not returning call or moving quickly on this. Do not go to this UPS store ever!!!!

Clerk was short to the point of being rude. I wanted a couple of drawings my some did laminated. They 12 inches by 12 inches. They were unable to laminate anything bigger than 8 1/2 by 12, but were unapologetic about it.
