I had a great transaction there. Donna was very helpful and knowledgeable. She quickly helped me repackage my shipment to make sure it would ship properly. She knew exactly how long it would take to ship to New York without looking it up. I definitely recommend this location.

I was at the Cal Sag location today with my dad and we were so impressed with Chris. He was so professional and polite. He ran the front by himself and he was courteous to everyone. He definitely goes above and beyond for the store. He made my day.

Poor lady is in here by here self all the time! Every time I come in here it at least a 30 min wait at noon. There should be more people in here working to help her. This should be a convenience not a long wait!

Had to mail a package out to Virginia. It was convenient, and the owner is very friendly. There is no post office in alsip so this saved me from driving way out of my way.

The slowest place to go to ship. Always short handed, extremely understaffed. The line is alway long, i would not recommend anyone to ever come here, ITS THAT BAD! The poor woman who works here is always running around like her head is cutoff.

Ive shipped a few packages here. Overall the staff is nice and helpful, but sometimes seem a little disinterested in what they are doing (I dont really blame them, but its nice to have a passionate worker there for you).

Staff is not friendly or educated, overall terrible, time is money, dont stop here to print anythi g quivk terrible services, they charge you to use their computer, to be able to charge you to print. go somewhere else

Ill update my review if things go better, but my experience thus far is that the person answering the phone was rude, short, and talked too fast for me to write things down. At the end of the call, no goodbye, no have a nice day, nothing. She just hung up. That really ticks me off.

Needed a scan of a large blueprint on Monday. Their machine was not working. I called over to the office today, Wednesday....and their machine STILL ISNT WORKING. Apparently the manager is quite ineffective. Too bad.

Mexican guy that used to manage it was awesome!
