Bought a used game here the other day and the girl working behind the counter was great. She was very helpful and the price for the game was more than fair. I have used this place several times and will continue to give them business when I can.

This is one of my favorite gamestops. The people who work there actually play video games and usually know what your looking for and whats on sale and whats not on sale. They talk to all the customers and are very helpful

No, seriously this place sold me a bad game three times and when I tried to get a refund they refused. I hate this place. You can get better prices and products on Amazon. They are not worth the hassle.

Not a huge fan of Game Stops corporate policies, but not once has an employee at this store shoved a Power Up Rewards subscription in my face so Id they theyre pretty good. Nice, helpful staff! If you just need to get a game, this is a easy choice.

This is a perfect place to buy tons of video games. I went their to buy fifa 19 for my Xbox360. I have old console but they do not have that game for that console. I glanced multiple games but did not buy anything. They seem friendly and helpful. Also, store is very close to my place. I might go back in future for video games.

Tried to charge me for having no case. I told Chris, the associate, that I’ve never had that happen and he said he has been there for 5 years and it’s always been that way. After he started scanning in my trade ins, he said two discs had smears and would therefore incur a $7 refurb fee per disc. I declined the trade in and left, I then called GameStop service to check into the no case fee claim. The GameStop customer service rep assured me that was not their policy. I then called the store and got the associate on the phone and merged the calls. I explained that I had a rep on the phone and after that, Chris said he never told me that they charge for no case, blatantly lying about it. Will not be back to this location, terribly unprofessional.

As far as games, the store is fine. But yesterday during Christmas eve shopping, their workers didnt feel like moving. The line was enormous. One guy working there literally small talked his customer so he just could stand there and do nothing else. After waiting for an hour and a half to be next in line, they sold me a game that doesnt work. Ruined my kids present.

You have, the bad day rage review, the overly enthusiastic review (by the guy who ask if they sell the t-shirts the staff wears), the rest are written selfishly to bolster their business by rating themselves high and their competitors low. Of course, you also have people like me, who rated it 5 stars because they are a niche store, that I only visit to purchase an item where the total cost (convenience, price, demand for item, etc.) is acceptable . In summation, if you read all of this and learned something new about modern business practices, statistics, or supply and demand, then you are one step closer to the realization that a qualitative analysis has not merit when product quality is consistent or not a factor. In conclusion, the absence of statistically significant data and qualitative evidence is concerning. Therefore, if you need an anonymous recommendation to convince you to purchase a product at this store, the product is not worth the total cost. Or, you simply enjoy the spectacle of somebody complaining about their 1st world problems and the beautiful arrogance by actually believing their review will deter potential customers. --This concludes part 3 of uncommon sense.
