AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. If I could give this store no stars I would. My son order a brand new iPhone 11 - I received notification that it was ready to pick up. He went to pick up and waited over an hour for help while there were many workers in the other room. The guy the finally assisted him was named Donald R. He should be fired immediately. He was rude, disrespectful, condescending. He has no business working with the public. I canceled the order I was so upset with the lack or respect and customer service. I order a phone online to avoid Verizon workers completely. Will never go there again. Considering switching to AT&T.

Made an appointment today, drove here, and they are not open. There are multiple people here wondering the same thing. Hours say 11-5. Not sure why I could make an appointment if this location isn’t going to be open. Slightly Other then that the last time I was here I did have awesome customer service. But try to let me know if you guys aren’t going to be open so I don’t waste driving up here.

The sales person is a horrible representative for Verizon. He never explained that the cost of the insurance would go up after purchasing a new phone - that my insurance on the phone would go up.To make matters worst he did not help with setting up my phone. The store Rep said that he could not set up or turn on the phone without a g-mail account. I had to go home and set one up. After several attempts to setup my phone online it told me I owed money for the new phone that I had purchased.I called Verizon - I had to sit on hold - then get a customer service rep who could not set my phone or activate it on because the store Rep at this location kept the account in pending status. Why?? Today is Feb 23,2021 and they said I could not get my phone turned on until March 3rd ?? Rep at this location is not informative and very confusing. So I rate this store one star. I dont expect a response from Verizon.

Danny Y went above and beyond help to my fiancé and me today! If I could give 10 stars I would! We both needed to upgrade phones and my fiancé also had to change his service provider from Sprint to Verizon. Danny was super friendly, he made the entire process super quick and easy, he answered all of our questions, and he looked into possible plans for us and ended up saving us quite a bit of money! He was also happy to apply our screen protectors to our phones when we asked. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

Staff was nice at the store. I went in to have them apply a screen protector to a Samsung Note 9 with a curved screen (let the experts do that, right?!). They had a hard time and ended up damaging it, and nicely provided me with a credit on my bill for my needing to order another warranty replacement. I will return to the store when the expert at applying curved phone screens, Anna, is available. Thankfully there are not that many curved screen phones out there anymore, as I wouldnt recommend them!

I have been with Verizon for some time now. Off and on for about 12 years. Today, I went shopping for new phones as well as watches to add to my plan. I went to all 3 major providers to get price quotes. I have been itching to leave verizon for a while now, mostly due to the fact that I dont want to be stuck with the same phone for 2 years(contract on their promotions). I went to Verizon last, just so I would have information regarding what the other providers have to offer in comparison. The other 2 providers has staff that had no issue answering all of my questions...even if they already answered them and I was seeking clarification. They both sent me off with wishes of coming back to get service.Lastly, I went to this Verizon store. I was welcomed into the location by a young female. I told her what I was looking for. I asked about sepcials, she did not offer ANY details on what they had for promotions...she asked a few clarifying questions then went to print off the quote, which took far longer than it should have. She comes back, telling me about this discount, that discount, upfront costs, etc. I asked about something regarding my bill, she didnt have an answer. I quickly said it didnt matter as I can research that once I get home. She stated that the galaxy watches were $100 off. Cool deal. Then as I am reading the paperwork, I see under the watches it states $150 off. She stated she could look into that, again, I quickly responded with nah, thats alright, I can see it right here. She then proceeds to cop a whole attitude. Im not sure if she felt stupid because I pointed out a blatant error in her explanation, or what happened. She went on some defensive rant about how she could look it up, do I want her to or not!! Something clicked at that moment. I looked at her...and even with her mask on I could tell that she was being incredibly rude and was agitated. I gave her my opinion that she was being hostile and I didnt appreciate it. Then when she said something to the affect of I dont know what you want. Ill tell you this much....Right then and there I decided, with the help of Ayejah!!! That I no longer wanted to be at verizon. They hide little fees and dont tell you the truth when buying(I never knew that the B1G1 meant being stuck with the old phones for 2 years). On top of that, I go to all the major providers and she is THE ONLY EMPLOYEE OUT OF ALL 3 STORES, TO GIVE ME UNNECESSARY ATTITUDE. Thanks Ayejah!! You made my decision just a little easier. GOOD RIDDENS Verizon!!!!!~!

Awful experience... I went to this store to get my plan changed and upgrade my phone. The associate was rude and was watching a football game on the side. I asked him about the details of the plan/price changes and he just said something like thats just what it is in a distressed tone.customer service aside, he screwed up the plan change by implementing it immediately rather than have it kick in during the following cycle after i had emphasized several times about having it kick in the new cycle to avoid pro-ration. All this while hes busy paying attention to his football game. Took me about 5 hours to undo everything this guy did. never again.

Not a good experience with Verizon! I was dropped 10 times while trying to deal with a defective Samsung phone. The tech support team at level 1 and 2 were miserable. The customer care team was worse. A different company that I retired from 5 years ago. So sad and disappointing.

My mother, at almost 70 years old, is one of the strongest and independent people I know.She had some questions about her bill, so I told her to go into the Verizon store and someone would help her.She went to the Verizon store in Creve Coeur today, and left in tears because of mistreatment by a sales associate named Thomas.Nothing handled. No help. Just frustration and tears due to Thomas arrogance and annoyance with her.It is a shame that the elderly are mistreated and discriminated when they are reaching out for help.I tried to call the Creve Coeur store to get their version of what happened before posting this review to no avail. I was put on hold for over 30 minutes.

We bought our pixel 3 phones there. The staff were just fine, nothing out of the ordinary, they do what they are supposed to. Its just a business. Nothing special like a new business where they try to make the customer happy.I had some issues with the phone speaker phone functionality, but they did not want to spend time and listen patiently on when and how it happens, they just tested it in 2 secs and they confirmed that it works the way it should.

Really hated it. Devon the Dude told me 3 times that I would pay $55 dollars for 5 gigs and there would be no line access charge. I saw him reading the screen as he told me this. He made it very clear that it was better than the $40 plan because it gave you less data and came with 2 line access charges. When I saw a line access charge on my bill I called customer service and she told me all their plans come with a line access charge. I called Devon and told him what happened. He said the only thing the store could do would be to manually refund my $20 every month for 24 months and that wasnt likely to happen. He did not take responsibility for giving me wrong information. He said I dont know why I would have told you that since all our plans come with a line access charge. Maybe I was off my game that day. It was a misunderstanding.

I told my dad to go into the store and pick up a SIM card for his iPhone because his current one was incompatible with it. He comes back & tells me that they took his SIM card out of his phone, put it in the iPhone and told him all he had to do was activate it. Basically the same thing I did earlier. They didnt even check to see you could activate it. If they did they wouldve seen the SIM card is incompatible message. Thanks alot for the wasted trip. I ordered the SIM online.

I know wanted to trade in my old phone for an upgrade and was told at the store I could get $200 for it. I passed and the next day did an online chat and they said I could get $325 for it. I went to this store today to switch to them from Sprint. The staff here was friendly and patient because it took a long time for Sprint to unlock our phones.The products they carry is more costly than if you bought online but you are paying to get it now.They carry a large selection of phone and accessories.Verizon may cost more than Sprint but you are paying for better coverage and faster speeds.

Customer service takes forever. I went to T mobile, AT&T and Sprint in the same day. Forwhat should have been very simple (purchasing a prepaid SIM) Verizon took 2+ hours of dwindling with the phone, asking me to pay first, only to come to the conclusion that they couldnt figure out why the SIM was not working with my phone and was unsure why after consulting other staff members. When I went into Sprint it only took them 1 minute to identity my phone was GSM only not CDMA network (Verizon and Sprint use CDMA). In addition, its been over a week and I still have not received my refund making it very difficult for me to manage to contact them again when I go back abroad. Verizon also did not tell me about the exorbitant activation fees of $40+ per number (I was purchasing 2 SIM numbers). AT&T and T-mobile had both way faster service, much cheaper plans and under $10 activation fees.

We are salesman not techsWhen I was ready to spend this place was ready to sell. They did not want to take all night to download my information but gave me the tools to do it myself. In that process I locked myself out of the phone. When I was in desperate need of help with what they sold me, all they could do was throw policy at me and apply deadlines. Beware, 14 days means all days including weekends and holidays.The term is No Quarter, look it up before you go. In short, on two occasions they had no problem letting feel like a liar or instead of a reliable, bill paying, 20+ year customer.

The worst customer service I have had from a Verizon store ever . The blonde girl, Im not sure of her name, was very rude and dismissive and basically had a thats not my problem attitude . I drove almost an hour with a toddler to come to this store to get help with a new phone and was quickly dismissed . I work in customer service and this is not how you treat people . Im considering canceling my plan with Verizon after the way I was treated in that store today .

This is by far the worst Verizon store Ive ever been to in the entire STL area. Ive been moving around a lot and have gone to a ton of stores due to convenience, but this one store alone makes me not want to even be a Verizon customer -- thats how furious I am.I got scammed out of a Google Pixel Stand. At first, the person helping me -- Ann -- was super friendly and was able to work with us when my fiance and I went in to upgrade to Pixel 3s. At first I didnt want to buy anything else, but the woman claimed they were offering a bundle for people upgrading to the 3 and was able to change some of the items in said bundle for us at a ridiculously low price. Once we OKd the deal, things seemed to have gone downhill. Ann dropped my brand-new phone from one of their tables all the way to the ground and put it back in the box like it was no big deal, and I had to ask to inspect my phone to make sure there wasnt any damage to it. She was hurrying through the process -- we felt super rushed, almost like a Get this sale over with and move on to the next vibe coming from her -- and ran my card for the wrong amount (double) than what it should have been in the store, but thankfully I corrected her before the sale went through and she yanked my card out of the chip reader. It was because she was distracted and not completely paying attention, as I said previously it was a completely rushed environment once we agreed to it.But this next part is what has me the most frustrated. We were offered two google homes, two screen protectors, and two Pixel Stands for $180 while waiving our upgrade fees. Essentially, we would receive one pixel stand for free and get out of paying $60 on our upgrade fees. I was pretty contempt with this, despite not wanting to go into the store originally to buy these items. Unfortunately, they only had one pixel stand in store and she said she would order a second to our doorstep with 2 day shipping. Cool, whatever. No big deal.Except a week went by and we never received the stand. I looked up my account and receipts/order history and saw one pixel stand was completely omitted from the receipt. I wasnt available to come in to the store but called the generic verizon customer support number for help who ultimately directed me to the store. I called the store twice over three days being told both times they would leave my message for Ann to review and call me back, and nobody ever did.During Thanksgiving I was back in town and went into the store. I wasnt able to speak to her, and I was told that 1] They never offered a bundle for Pixel 3 upgrades to date in the store, 2] my upgrade fees shouldnt have been waived in the first place, and 3] Theres no indication that we were receiving any special bundle or deal on the accessories we bought and we were just buying the accessories as if they were brand new off the shelf. Just as quick as I was told from the other salesman that we were misunderstanding the situation he attempted to sell me another charger Since we were wanting to get one.That left a bad taste in my mouth, and to this date I have not contacted this store since. The items are still factory sealed (Charger+homes) and we didnt want them so we wanted to return them. I was explained in store that the phones are a 14 day return window, but the other devices did not apply to this as it was *just* for phones (Not counting the restocking fee). When we went to return these accessories we were told they dont accept any returns after 15 days regardless of the product and regardless if it was ever opened.Ive had great experiences at other Verizon stores but I honestly felt Creve Coeur was a nightmare. Some of the most rude people Ive ever had to deal with in general and currently we honestly felt like this woman was manipulating the system to make an easy sale.

I usually go into this location and have for many years. I have not always been happy with the customer service that I have gotten here, but continue to visit this location due to convenience and in hopes that I would get someone to assist me that has the knowledge and customer service that anyone would expect. The other day I came into this location to purchase an upgrade for my phone to the new iPhoneXR and was told that it would not be available until 10/26. I have been in customer service my entire life and have never treated someone like the treatment that I got from a woman who worked there. She was abrupt and you could tell that her main goal was to sell a phone and be done with me. No matter how frustrated or upset you may be with a customer, you should never, ever let them see that you feel that way. If you are not able to do so, then you need to get out of the business of helping people. When I left without any purchase at all, I had to be somewhere else or I would have gone back in and let her know how I felt which is why I am writing this review. I was going out of town to MN the next day and purchased my new phone and protection, and accessories from a Verizon store there. Creve Coeur needs to take a lesson on how to treat people as well as I was treated at the Chaska store in MN. I will never return to the Creve Coeur location and I urge all of you to write your experience for this location as well. We are the ones that are spending our money and they are supposed to be serving the Customer.

I only gave Verizon 5 stars so people would read this. I would give this company a zero if it was an option. I recently ended service with this horrible, deceiving company. My husband & I did not have any service for hours at a time for weeks. No service in places like Florissant, St. Charles, Affton, etc. Just horrible. Verizon tried to update the towers, reset our phones & send us different phones but it was the same result. The last phones they sent us ran extremely hot. Verizon didnt care. They told us to keep then a few more weeks & call back. I would think a BURNING hot phone would be a safety issue. Finally we were told to send the phones back & the account would be credited. We went to this store to get a return shipping label like 6 customer service reps all advised us to do & promised once the phones were received we could end our phone contact. Once they got the phones back we were told thats not their policy. Then they lied & said there was no evidence we called & complained as not having service. I told the rep to listen to the recorded calls & read the notes. According to her there were none which I know is a lie. I spent multiple hours daily trying to problem solve these issues with Customer service. What liars! They scammed us out of like $700. I will never be a Verizon Customer again. They used to appreciate their customers but now they are just money hungry & have no loyalty. They dont stand behind their word. They just make excuses..

I had possibly the worst customer service experience of my life at this store yesterday. I understand that if you treat those employed at an establishment rudely, you can expect to receive some animosity in return, but I gave a certain emoloyee named Andrew absolutely no reason to treat me with anything but utter politeness. Andrew was incredibly rude and condescending from the get go. Upon entering the store, I simply told him I was there to return a phone case. Andrew immediately rolled his eyes at me and said, okay?. From that moment forward, nearly every word and action coming from him was equally rude and condescending. I cant believe someone who is the prime example of the exact opposite of good customer service could be employed anywhere where it is required. I have never been treated this way as a customer before in my life and I hope some action is taken to eliminate this problem in the future.
