Al Sadri is the owner/manager. He knows his business, beats Home Depot prices, and delivers on his promises. We re-carpeted three bedrooms and a runner on a curved stairway. The bedroom carpet install was superior. We did have some minor issues with the stair runner install. Al came out and we went over our concerns with him; he sent the installer back out to make sure we were happy, and in the end we were very happy.

Carpet Plus is amazing! After getting frustrated with another local flooring company I came here and was very happy with the outcome. The owner is prompt, knowledgeable, and even follows ups to ensure satisfaction. The contractors were on time, very professional, and even helped me with a challenging step. I will definitely be back!!

Carpet Plus replaced our family room carpet and did a fantastic job. I went in with a budget and Al Sadri worked with me, never felt pressured, came out to the house twice to make sure everything was what we wanted. I highly recommend this company.

Super nice staff, quick install at a fair price

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY TOTAL RIPOFF, If i could give a lower star rating i would. The subcontractors they use, did a horrible job, so bad, that I had to hire another company to complete the job and fix the errors they made. I tried to work with the sales guy who is also the general manger, Al Sadri to resolve the matter however he refused to fix the shottty installation and give me my money back. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere, dont buy from AL or Carpet Plus on Rt 3
