Visited the store looking for ceramic tile options for a small home improvement project. I never got the name of the older caucasian man name who greeted me at the door. But without even asking about the size of the job, he immediately suggested I try Home depot, which has a more affordable selection... I guess he assumed that either my job wasnt worth their time or that I couldnt afford to shop there. Either way, I will not be returning to their store.

Fantastic place to buy flooring! Their prices, customer service, and selection are incredible! We had luxury vinyl plank installed in our home and they were easily the best price around. We hired Kamran and his team for the second time for our new house. Several years ago they installed hardwood floor at our old town home and did a great job. We decided to use them again for both hardwood and carpet when we purchased our new home this year. Kamran is very professional and knowledgeable. He provided accurate estimate through the phone based on our budget. When he came out and did the in person quote, the price range matched exactly with what he had provided over the phone. Over the summer they installed carpet in my home and did a great job. Eight months later (because of water damage) I decided to give them a call to have them install hard floors in my living area. I was VERY pleased with the craftsmanship of the work and the floors were installed in a day.

Highly unprofessional and borderline harassing . The salesman Troy who came to our home not only called numbers times, but also text messaged me asking what he did wrong . When we asked for someone to come out and measure and bring samples and give us some prices, we did not expect to be receiving so many phone calls and even long text messages !We had 3 other estimates, and none of the other companies did this to us . So, we went with a more professional company and are very happy we did. Finally had to tell the salesman to stop calling and texting us . Jeez !

My husband and I finally decided to replace our existing hardwood flooring, tile, and carpet to have new hardwood installed in our home. After months of looking and looking, we found The Flooring Company. I love the job that The Flooring Company did from the initial measurements, to picking out the colors, to the installation....everything was smooth sailing. Kamaran, the owner, is very knowledgeable, and his customer service is A+. The other 5 star ratings are totally accurate. We did a 1100sqft remodel with their luxury vinyl and I couldnt be more impressed with the whole process from initial consultation to installation. Kamran the owner and his staff were very knowledgeable, respectful and met all promises in regards to schedule and cost. We tried the big box stores which advertised cheaper prices but after paying their fee for measurement came out significantly more expensive. It defies logic, but I definitely benefited from a boutique mom/pop that has found a way to provide a superior product at a better price with oversight of an owner who actually cares. Cheers Flooring Center for exceeding my expectations.

I used this company recently to install hardwood for my bedrooms. Omg! The customer service they provide, expecially from Troy, was excellent! Price was the best and service was even better. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We are VERY unhappy with this company!! Prices continued to change throughout the process - from the flooring prices to a Redskins carpet that was purchased. Miscommunication on every level - scheduling times without speaking to us and not having the correct products when they came to lay the flooring. Had to reschedule a second day to lay flooring (had the wrong product for the basement the first time) and now they have to come yet again for a third time, as they didn’t have enough flooring for the basement. I will never use this company again and I will definitely tell others to run the other way! I still have received no call to apologize for not having enough flooring this time or when I can expect my basement to be done!! And we have called many times today with no response.

My wife and I hadnt bought flooring in over a decade so we were pretty green walking in the Flooring Center. Let me just say, Kamran (the owner) and his mini me Troy know their stuff inside and out. One or the other of them is there on any given day and they are both super courteous, tremendously helpful, expert in their field, and able to steer us where we needed to go based on our budget, our taste, our rooms, our cabinetry, our house style, etc. The choice of flooring is tremendously overwhelming but these guys made it so much easier and logical. They narrowed things down for us and encouraged us to take as many samples home as we wanted, as many times as we needed to. And we did. Three times I think. No pressure, just assistance. They came out to our house, did a floor plan sketch worthy of an architecture class, and examined every aspect of the job - from the transitions to the floor grates to the type of shoe moulding to the difference in heights between floors. Then, when we got closer to a decision, they surveyed the house again, to make sure they didnt miss any aspect of the job. When we finally signed on the dotted line, their team came out exactly as promised and put in a beautiful new hardwood floor across most of our first floor in a single day. I confess we took some of those Amazon trees, but they look great. After their crew left, my wife and I literally got on our hands and knees and scrubbed every inch of the floor (see tip below). We found a bunch of minor issues and The Flooring Center came out the next week and fixed everything. There was one potentially disastrous mishap: When redoing the kitchen floor, the refrigerator icemaker line leaked. In my haste to fix it (and the resultant minor flood) I confess I dented the floor with the fridge wheels. Even knowing I had contributed to the error, The Flooring Center came back and literally ripped up and rebuilt an entire section of the kitchen floor. No charge. The result is gorgeous, and perfect. Now, heres the tip: When they (or anyone) installs a hardwood floor, they use a rubber mallet that leaves irritating rubber marks EVERYWHERE! The way to get them up? A magic eraser. I swear its magic. Nothing else worked. But those little things are genius. Anyway, The Flooring Center. Youll get great service, sound advice, no pressure, and a rock solid installation at a competitive price. What else could you ask for?

This is a great place to get new floors, but a terrible place to work. Kamran treats his customers like royalty but he treats his employees the polar opposite.

We have used the Flooring Center for hardwood floors, kitchen ceramic tiles, foyer marble floor, and custom marble design. They provided excellent service in estimating the job, effectively communicating with us, expediting our service delivery and installation. Their installers for the various products were well versed and very skilled in their job although they were working with very un-leveled floors at my house, they were extra diligent to ensure solid installation of tiles. We first met Kam while remodeling our townhome in Piney Orchard. At the time we were a family with just enough and not much extra. After explaining our circumstances to Kam and picking out carpet he then directed us to a similar product within our budget. In addition, we did one room in hardwood floor. Installation went smooth and we were thrilled with the outcome except for one issue in the hardwood. When I notified Kam he said, “ Don’t worry Scott. We will be right out to take care of it. “ At that time he also stated, “We will be your flooring company for life”.Looking forward 5 years we bought a new house and called Kam to do carpet in the upstairs and main floors. Similar outcome involving quality products and quality installation. A year later we remodeled our basement and without hesitation called Kam once again. I came into the flooring center twice before making my purchase. I delt with both Kamran and Troy. Both were friendly, professional and well knowledges in their products. After making my purchase it took about two weeks for my carpet to arrive. Im extremely happy with my new carpet!!! I highly recommend this company.

Kamran comes off as being very nice, but he immediately gave samples of the most expensive carpet, he then gave us wood flooring quote that was over $1/sq ft higher than anyone else. He came to pick up the sample boards we had got from him and was rude and short. On a phone call before that he was rude and condescending. Not a very good businessman by any stretch of the means. He also had laid carpet for my Mother-in-lay and the carpet is already showing humps as it was not laid down correctly. I do not recommend him or his company.

We were originally going to use one of the big companies that you see advertised on TV---then we looked at the Flooring Center....we are so pleased with the product, installation, and the service...AND the price was much less than the Big companies!!!!....they will get our business again!!!

I used big chain retailers in the past for carpet and the carpet was overpriced and the quality was poor. In addition the sales people were not educated on the products that they were selling.This time, we went with The Flooring Center, a local carpet company who did a fantastic job, actually showed up when promised, and they were hundreds of dollars cheaper for better quality carpet! Mr. Kamran Sadeghian (Owner) organized the installation of our carpet. Thank you for the great job installing the carpet and the quality is amazing!Kamran was great to work with, he knew the products he was selling and communicated the tasks and costs so I could clearly understand what was involved. The installation crew was reliable, neat and clean, and the quality of the work was fantastic. I am so happy with their service and communications; I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone.
