This location has a smaller showroom that helps customers get a good understanding of what it has to offer. There is plenty of place to explore and loads of quality furniture. Prices are reasonable. Couches are comfortable. Theres lots to like. Especially a staff that does a great job of walking alongside you or around the store without bothering you.

Absolutely Amazing! I am a 22 year old college Grad working at my first Big job and currently in Grad-School. I didnt have a lot of money, but I saved up and the amazing Ladies at this establishment went above and beyond for me. They respected my financial budget and didnt push me to purchase items beyond my means. I was given a Great rate on my bed which is so soft my Kitty and I nap daily and I sleep throughout the night without any problems. I also purchased an oversized mirror which is perfect for my apt. The furniture is quality, but the ladies customer service and willingness to go above and beyond for their customers is what truly impressed me. Lori and Tara (Excuse possible incorrect spelling) specifically were so incredibly kind to me. They effectively communicated and accommodated me in regards to my change of apt move in date. Tara specifically waited after hours for me to arrive from across town with my U-Haul to pick up my furniture. I cant wait to purchase my sofa and other items from this company in the near future. Amazing!! AMAZING! Its not easy to find quality service and quality product. This company is worth the visit.😁

Very disappointing!! Terrible response and follow through. The salesmen and owners do not give the whole story. Their story always changes. I’m still waiting for my furniture to be set up correctly after 7 months. They are non-responsive. I call and they say they will get back to me. 2 weeks later I have to call again and get no follow up. Meanwhile I have been paying for furniture that is not being used because it is not set up correctly!!

Not Their Problem!We have been sleeping on waterbeds now for more than 50 years. Well, we purchased a new pillow top waterbed mattress from Showman Furniture a little over a year ago (we have been their customer for many years) and it was all great until we experienced a problem. Now, the great service we thought we were receiving is questionable. The problem we experienced was black mold on the $2,000 mattress. The mold is on the underside of the bamboo mattress cover and the top of the waterbed (bladder) mattress. The first time this happened, we called Showman and was told they had never heard of this kind of problem. Wayne from Showman Furniture contacted the Manufacturer, US Water Mattress to be told that they needed to give us a sheet that was made of the same material as the waterbed (bladder) mattress. This took about a week to receive, no one was in a rush but us. We cleaned the mold as much as we could and began to use the sheet. Well, fast forward to almost a year later and we have the same problem. This time, we contact the Manager, Mike at Showman’s to be told the same thing, they have never heard of this type of problem. Wayne apparently never discussed the issue with Mike. Mike contacts the Manufacturer and is told that they do not cover mold. We called the Manufacturer and spoke to the Owner of United States Water Mattress, Mr. Molloc (sp). Mr. Molloc said mold is not covered under the warranty and he would only agree to sell us a cover. The cover is being sold to us at his costs which is still way more than we should have had to pay when we believe that they were aware of the mattress defect because they are trying to say that the mattress temperature must be at least 85 degrees (our mattress temperature was at 80). If you have ever slept on a waterbed, you know they can get hot from the heater. And, if that was not enough, US Water Mattress said that people who sweat at night could cause this type of problem. We believe the issue is the Bamboo cover. We are certain that both Companies (Showman Furniture and US Water Mattress) are aware of the defects. We now realize that neither Company is customer focused. US Water Mattress is charging us for a replacement cover and Showman Furniture wanted us to wait a week for the delivery of the replacement. Showman was also in no rush to get these issues addressed. Showman did however, decide to cover the replacement cost. We get home and realize that we have the wrong replacement mattress cover and again, Showman is in no rush to return our call. We are frustrated and this is being shared to warn others to not do business with any company that has to rely on US Water Mattress as we now realize you can purchase directly from US Water Mattress. You may also want to consider if you should do business with Showman Furniture because if there is a problem, they will be in no rush to resolve it. And, it is obvious that US Water Mattress is in the business of deceiving customers. We are out of $2,000! You have been warned—Buyer’s Beware!

PLEASE stop and read if you looking for a place close with old-fashioned customer service you will love Showman Furniture in Crofton Maryland each person there is nice and patient. Understand you have a budget to work with.

Excellent place to do business with! Desperately needed a bed and they had exactly what I wanted/needed at a great price. Told them I needed it delivered that day (Saturday) and they went out of there way to make sure it happened! Then the gentlemen that delivered the bed were awesome! Got in, set up, made sure everything was fine... all of about 15-20 minutes. True testament to what awesome service is all about! Will definitely be going back for more!!

Good customer service, prices can be lower in the age of technology. Im feeling the 90s vibe up in here. Its definitely a comfortable store especially in the back on a massage chair. Dont forget to take a peak in the clearance section!

Cramped spaces, but friendly and helpful staff. Staff is not harassing and leaves you alone until you need help. Prices are reasonable, slightly on the higher end, but there are bargains to be had. Overall good experience.

The staff truly works like a team and their only goal is customer satisfaction. We have been working on furnishing our house which is currently under construction. We went to many ... MANY ... different furniture stores, browsed on line and ultimately decided our best place to do business is with Showman. You dont need to wait for a SALE with Showman - their prices are not marked up to the point you feel you have to wait for the weekly sale add. I was referred to Showman by a friend and I will highly recommend them to anyone who asks - you wont be disappointed!
